Personal Info
Name: Lisa Titles: Splinter Cell Appearance: Sex: Female Alignment: Chaotic Good Identity: While it's true that USA has no direct counterpart to Mage’s Association, there is a certain organization in charge of watching over the supernatural events that occur within the country, while keeping an eye on exterior threats that could be a problem in the future. Naturally, their very existence is kept from the eyes of the public, but wrapped under a string of rumors and theories that make it so that their presence cannot be proven nor denied. A living mystery in modern times, it is too young to possess any sort of supernatural blessing. There are some exceptional members among this organization, usually espers and guinea pigs, but those are rare. Most of its agents are little more than mere humans, trained to reach peak performance on the field. In Lisa's case, one could say she's 'one of a kind'. They arrive at the scene, clean up the mess, eliminate potential threats, retrieve any useful technology and then leave without a trace. They care little about what's going in Japan or, at least, that's how it would usually go... But since their little ritual created a ripple that replicated said magical death-match worldwide, it is their duty to make sure the original chalice is gone for good. USA sees no problem in blowing up the entire city if needed be, hell, part of their endgame plan probably involves a similar idea, but wants nothing to do with the political repercussions that would surface as a consequence. Hence, it will send a ghost unit, provide absolutely no support to the operation and quickly wash its hands should it prove to be a failure. Oh, yeah, by the way, USA is kind of ambitious and selfish, and not all about explosions. If possible, it intends to grab a slice of the cake as well, before making sure they are the last and only ones to do so. Lisa is an elite agent that belongs to this secret organization. You can bet that Lisa is not her real name. Raised as a soldier from a young age, she lacks a proper sense of self and serves her country without hesitation. She has been taught not to be afraid of supernatural beings much stronger than her, and has a tolerance for pain that defies common sense. She's a loner who can easily blend in with the crowd and immediately feels uncomfortable when left alone with someone else. She's a professional who has no other side to her simply because she was never allowed to experience a normal life in the first place. For her, execution of the mission is what grants her purpose and completion of the mission is what earns her recognition. Someone who should have never been elegible as a candidate by the Holy Grail yet mysteriously also became a participant.
Non-Magecraft Abilities
Alien System: An existence incompatible with planet Earth, a power inherited through successful 'breeding' with an otherworldly being. Because the child was born on Earth, however, its presence has drastically diminished. An existence similar to magic circuits, attached to one's soul, but with a 'mind of its own'. Out of a hundred test subjects, a hundred test subjects died, but Lisa was brought back to life through a miracle created by the alien life-form. It's a bounded field attached to her body that if it were to expand would create a suspended reality that defies the rules of the planet as well as common sense. However, Lisa does not possess the aptitude to utilize it in such way. That said, she is able to instinctively increase the destructive and defensive potential of her body to clearly supernatural levels, putting it on par with the sharpness and endurance of the strongest of precious metals. In addition, she bears natural resistance to magecraft and faith related abilities, as neither channel a power that is innate to humans. Attacks of this nature cannot be cancelled but might be shrugged off with little consequence if the mystery they hold is low. Specific kinds of concepts, such as 'instant death' will not always work on her, and mental interference is difficult to exert. Finally, it is possible to manipulate the body to some extent, like rearranging internal organs or shaping it after something previously seen. This comes at the price of being exceptionally weak to purely human techniques, in particular martial art moves with sufficient history behind them. It's not skill what matters but the essence behind each blow, the willpower that is unique to humans and is replicated through their fists or through any weapon... However, the mentality required to channel such mundane power is rare in this day and age, where technology has taken over.
Equipment
1. SuperSpy Gear: Access to what you would expect from an agent of a secret organization but turned it up to eleven to better fit the setting. From mini cameras to firearms and explosives, to luxurious vehicles, fake passports and portable phones, Lisa has access to it and more, with the extra benefit of them being untraceable. A few mundane agents have arrived at the island as well. They help with intelligence duties. 2. Super Spy skills: Stealth, interrogation, combat mastery, driving proficiency. If you've watched a super spy movie, you know the drill.
