I can't remember what it's called but I know it's typically learned by more powerful pokemon. Like say... a Palpitoad or something of a similar level?[/color]" She said, trying to recall from her lessons and studies. She needed to try and remember the move. She had planned to use it incase she ever got a Frillish.
