Dean Winchester
Dean walked upstairs, digging in his side of the closet for a suit to take with them on the road. He walked back over to the bed and threw the suit bag down, before picking his duffel off the floor, and unzipping it to find a t-shirt. As he stood there, he closed his eyes and leaned his head down toward his chest, taking a deep breath. He hadn’t had time to really process being alive, much less that he was the number one fighter in the angel arsenal. Every time another scenario popped up that involved angels and demons, his heart sank a bit lower. Being alive was beginning to feel more like a punishment than salvation. Dean opened his eyes, stepping back from the bed to scan the room and calm down. His eyes fell on the back of Mika’s vanity chair and he smirked, seeing her jeans there. Being able to touch little things that belonged to her, and that seemed mundane grounded him. He picked up the jeans, and laid them out on the bed beside his shirt. Dipping into her set of drawers, he pulled one of her plain t-shirts, and threw it onto the bed by her jeans. He then picked up his own t-shirt and threw it over his head, popping his arms through and then glanced down at his bloody jeans that he was still wearing from the night before. Unbuttoning them, he shoved them down his legs as he heard Mika coming toward the room and smirked.
Annabeth and Cason
Anna climbed down from the counter as Sam stepped away from her, with a sigh. She glanced down at her clothes and smirked, deciding to just stay like she was for the day. As Mika left to go get dressed as well, Anna simply picked at her nails and leaned against the counter, waiting patiently for Sam to return. She didn’t like the idea of being anywhere away from him, as the group didn’t know much about her, other than she was sort of like Sam, and that she was powerful. She still wasn’t convinced that Dean didn’t want to kill her, but she also didn’t think Mika did. So, at least she would be with someone that didn't look at her like a monster. As Natalia approached the fridge Anna looked down at her and nodded, “Yeah. Dean went up first. So, I figure he’s preparing himself for a fight with Sam, considering they’re riding alone.” She sighed and crossed her arms, glancing over at Esme. She couldn’t help noticing that Esme seemed a bit stressed, like she was fighting with something in her mind. Even as Cason stepped through the door, and stared a hole into Anna’s head, she didn’t turn her eyes from Esme. She wondered if the powers Esme had used to help her, were also what caused Esme herself so much pain. The thought caused Anna to frown, her hands heating up a bit in need to help. “So, what are the car pairings?”, Cason’s voice broke through the silence, causing Anna to flinch. “I’m riding with Mika and Sam and Dean are together. I don’t know beyond that. What have you guys decided?”, Anna asked, glancing down at Natalia. “I’m riding with Esme!”, Cason chirped, causing Anna to roll her eyes and sigh with a smirk at Natalia. She raised her eyes to Sam, as he came back from the basement and stepped away from the counter to walk over to him as Cason followed her with his eyes.
