Even those that are not necessarily fans of her music concede that she has a near mesmerizing presence. Profession: Lead Singer of Miami Rebellion Bio/Personality: Mostly aloof at a glance, but sharply aware of herself and others, not out of any sort of empathy, but more or less out of a strange sense of competition. Sena knows she is good at what she does and thanks to her family’s fortunes, it is easier for her to play to her natural talents though in her mind she believes she still could have done it without them. Exceptionally calculating, she views her move up from Miami to Delta as two-edged: There is less competition in Delta, however she feels slightly torn about taking a seemingly “easier” path and it bothers her, even though the business decision would definitely get her signed on with a truly world-class label much faster. She has little interest in practicing or rehearsing, regarding those activities as laborious. Standing on stage and delivering is as natural as hitting the ball with the bat and is where she feels most alive, almost like a different person. Her bandmates (along with her sister who regularly plays keyboard) comprise her most inner circle and generally have come to just accept her eccentricities. Aside from dates being set, shows are rarely planned and usually consist of whatever direction her whims take her. The unpredictability of the whole spectacle is part of the appeal for most of her fans. Oddly enough, Sena remains far and away the most successful of her father’s multiple children across several marriages. Marcus Knight, multi-millionaire owner of the extremely posh Diamond Hotels franchise still regularly finances most of her adventures because she’s been successful, but he’s hardly been a parent, nor has he ever been particularly involved. He is still married to Sena and Karina’s mother, but they all essentially lead separate lives. Sena has at least one half brother that she knows of, but rarely sees. She doesn’t associate with any of Marcus’ other children. Your character's favorite song: Need You Tonight by INXS

Recent History: Of all the bands and burgeoning musicians competing for recognition and stardom in South Beach Miami, only one band could simultaneously be called one of the best and also the one everyone would be the most glad to see leave. Sena Knight and her Miami Rebellion were an enigma of musical assembly: An ostentatious hotel heiress and her younger sister, accustomed to a life of extravagance accompanied by what looked like a drummer plucked from Duval County, a Filipino immigrant on bass more reminiscent of Aztec warrior than musician and a bony lead guitar missing his pocket protector. Somehow, like a meteorite coalescing through deep space, this amalgamation of unlikely ingredients put together a sound, almost a movement even, that truly hit the South Beach scene like a fireball dropping through orbit. When the band announced their departure for Delta City, authorities and property-owners alike breathed a collective sigh of relief. The siren's call of Sena Knight did strange things to people- they went crazy. Music was supposed to make people feel energy, enjoy the show and the beat; maybe even provide some escapism. Miami Rebellion seemed to do something else, like find that small flicker of madness that everyone is born with... and throw gasoline on it. There was a headline in the Miami papers featuring Sena grinning broadly from onstage as students pulled down the uprights on the college field. "Trouble in Paradise" as the title read in large print while other captioned photographs from the article featured riot squads and rampaging crowds of the band's followers. She liked the picture so much she had it framed. There were coverbands and then there were bands that did covers. Miami Rebellion was good at covers, real good- the best. They made songs their own, but there was too much noise in Miami, too much stardom already made. Sena and her sister grew up in Miami and even though they had the money and fame built-in, it felt like the Capital of the Caribbean was more walls than opportunity, a move up north would provide fertile ground and fresh faces. Logistically it was easy and in the music-scene, it was no-brainer, still it irked Sena to some degree, like she wasn't competing against "tbe best" any longer; Delta was a fairly open market and it would be easy to make a splash in a big way. Bandmates: Karina Knight (Keyboard & Synthesizers/Vocals) - Sena's younger sister. Karina is much quieter and not nearly as flamboyant or brash as her sister, however she happily goes along with many of Sena's schemes and enjoys the drama that they create. Aaron Torreda "Empenadas" (Guitar/Keytar & Bass) - Originally from the Philippines, Torreda is nearly six foot tall and built like a tank. He speaks absolutely zero Spanish and earned his nickname by just spouting gibberish whenever being yelled at in Florida's second most common language. Tony Roundtree "Tree" (Drums/Vocals) - Tree is mixed-race from North Florida and is known (like Aaron) for his physical stature, being well over six feet tall and very lanky. He is the most relaxed member of the band and plays basketball religiously when not performing. Levi Campbell "Soup" (Guitar/Vocals) - Levi is the "intellectual" of the group and openly considers himself so. He often attempts to plan out the performances and venues and argues with Sena constantly particularly when she changes things at the last minute. Wearing aviator style prescription glasses, he comes across as a nerd, but can completely shred on the guitar- Absolutely hates his nickname.
