You are a magical girl~♥, protector of justice, and keeper of the peace! Of course, your powers are bestowed to you by a Patron. Which Patron did you forge a contract with? Are they a God? Hero? Well, they're always a figure of myth or legend, so it can't really be anyone outside of those right? 

Of course, since its a contract, you didn't forget what you have to do right? Right! Protecting the innocent, and keeping territories where people's belief can sustain your powers! Territories are very important to a magical girl, so don't invade other people's territory ok? Fighting each other is a no no, and might be troublesome for your image~ Or for your health too. But who knows? The clash might get people to believe in you more! Or lose belief in you?

Ah, you want to know about the black creatures that rise up during the night? Don't worry about them~ Just defeat them like you always do to monsters! Rogue Magical Girl? I'm sure its your imagination! The areas around here are already too tight, and there aren't enough Magical Girls to go around!

Huh? You're not a girl at all? That's fine, as long as you can fulfill your duties! What's that? Magi? Vampires? Ah that's too much, don't pull my leg like that, what would those be doing here interfering with our duties? Well as long as you don't get in the way. This is an RP loosely based on the Fate/Tsukihime/Mahou no Tsukai universe but not strictly adherent to it. 

Magical girls/boys and maybe other people not magical girls figure out mysterious event in Tokyo and hopefully not slap each other too much. Identities should be kept secret for magical girls/boys as a rule, but if you want to flaunt it thats fine too. Each character will also be in control of a Ward in Tokyo, as their base Territory. 

There may be pvp even if that isnt the focus, especially if pcs dont like each other and such, and i fully expect yall to be able to solve fight stuff by yourself. And if players want me to mediate, i will do so as well, but don't always expect it to go your way.

CharGen guide:
In general characters approaching Gilgamesh, and other super strong characters in Fate in power would be banned outright. Magical Girls are very strong, possessing magic through blessings of their Patrons, but at best, here, their maximum output can destroy a city block. Physical wise, Magical Girl differ greatly in their strengths and weaknesses depending on their Patrons. Patrons, however, do not interfere in a Magical Girl's affair, nor do they actually communicate directly, without special skills or specialties. All Patrons take form of a card the Magical Girl connects with their Patron Tools to transform with.
