Appearance:
Standing at a solid and not at all short 5'10" Step is a fairly attractive man. With a technical know-how and a musculature from years in the military, Step is your all around young-dad-looking fella. He has a tattoo of the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor on his left shoulder and always wears his dogtags from his time in. He can usually be found wearing a black T-shirt, sturdy jeans, and combat boots.

Personality:
Step suffers from fairly severe depression and is almost always hounded by suicidal thoughts when he isn't either high off his guard or drinking the bottom of the barrel. When he is with others Step can be a somewhat charming and charismatic fellow who is often loud and boisterous. Otherwise, when Step believes himself to be alone he is quiet and solemn and can seldom bring himself to actually do anything.

Bio:
Step began his adult life by joining the Marine Corps. While he was in his phenomenon was noticed by several of his higher ups and they pushed him into specialized training. Training that would force him to go completely dark, unable to reach out to his family or friends. He was taught how to blend into any group of people. How to completely change his face from his eye and skin color the very shape of his nose. They also had him learn several languages to assist in his missions: Information retrieval and sabotage.

And so he spent the next 8 years of his life going to all corners of the world, always with a new face. He has infiltrated the leading buildings of most 1st world countries and either sabotaged them or stole critical pieces of information. And then he was done. He was out. He was forgotten.

His family, after 8 years of no contact had completely forgotten him. His friends were gone to the winds and couldn't remember his name. And so Step fell into drugs and alcohol, anything to numb the emptiness of his life. He couldn't go back to the military as they had discharged him for 'not being mentally sound'. He resorted to petty crime here or there and sometimes he would infiltrate massive megacorporations for nothing more than a shit and a giggle. He didn't need the money. He had enough to live for at least another 6 years in relative comfort.

And this continued for a year until he got a letter. A letter from someone that claimed to know him. 

Skillset:
 - A master of the Gray Man
 - Can use makeup and prosthetics to completely change his face and assume a completely new identity
 - Is a polyglot able to speak and read 6 different languages (English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, and Welsh)

Phenomena:
Step is a hard man to describe. Not because he is particularly attractive or not, nor is it because he tries to obscure his features. No Step is hard to describe because of the phenomenon that clings to him like a too-tight shirt that he got wet in. It makes him forgettable. No one truly remembers and the longer he is gone from them the worse the effect gets. Step's own parents don't remember his name anymore.

The phenomenon is so slow acting that this part of it probably won't happen in the RP. For RP purposes it makes his features hard for people to accurately remember.

Personal Equipment:
Step keeps a duffelbag with him whenever he travels. He has several hundred dollars worth of cash in several different nations' currency and an extensive makeup kit. It contains small prosthesis for anything from his nails to his ears and nose. He even has a gag one to make his junk look slightly larger.
