That would be a good combination attack, and he needed things that he could fight with that weren't knives. He didn't want to be so abjectly violent. But a swarm of metallic objects getting hit by a lightning bolt sounded like a very good way to deal with all kinds of threats. He liked the modularity that this new weapon provided, and he would begrudgingly thank whatever entity gave them to him. Spiteing deities who give you gifts seemed like an obviously way to get cursed or murdered, so he'd stay away from it. As they approached the climbing tower and saw the goddess, Arthur was initially confused at why she was there, and then it clicked for him. She was the wife Hades, or, consort, however that worked. She was the one who summoned him here, and she was probably the one who gave him the marbles. She may also know where the doors are, so he had to approach her, one way or another. Approaching her, he stumbled over his words for a moment, saying, "Hi... step-mother? Persephone? Goddess? I'm sorry, I'm not totally sure how to address you. I'm um, pretty sure I got your gift and message so... thank you for that." There was a fear running through him, but this was what he had to do.
