The tracks at first look humanoid but with closer inspection they appear to be clawed feet with a small tail in the trail behind them. Kythor would more than likely know these are probably some of the kobolds that inhabit Icewind Dale.

I had to double check that. I didn't think encumbrance was that rough... then again it may be why I have never considered using it.
