Kay was thankful for the help in the shadows and Bane, as she could feel herself getting exhausted from the amount of work it ended up taking out of her. It may not have taken long, but it did take a lot of her channeling of Fee's power to save the ones she cared about.

I knew I couldn't stay at my sister's when I was feeling that." she said, tired as her hands extinguished the flames and ran over to both John and Serena.
