This city grows more and more cancerous cells by the day, and even worse still, fills with those who call themselves "Heroes". Again I say, we have been disgraced. We are the ones deserving of power. We are the ones deserving the fruits of our labors. We are the ones to be crowned rulers of this city. Of this world! 

One last time I say, we have been disgraced. No longer, alone we have strove toward our goals in well placed faith and duty. Now, we will come together to complete our goals. [color=silver] After the infamous "snap", nothing had been the same. Though it had been reversed, not everyone was brought back in the same way. Some were different. Some didn't want to be back. Other's simply didn't return., lost on another timeline What was left afterward was a large power vacuum in the underground of New York City, and a flurry of heroes trying to deal with bigger things, all while lacking the direction of the infamous Avengers themselves. The City awaiting a new head to be appointed at the top of the undying snake that was this city. What was coming was exactly that. Crime was rampant and rules were no longer able to be enforced. New vigilantes and heroes took to the suit. And though it all, a band of veteran and newblood morally gray individuals with a lust for power, as well as outright villains, have come together to form the young band that will come to be known as Ominous. With fingers that potentially reach into massive reserves of resources through individually held criminal empires or unknowingly large companies, possibly to different worlds or dimensions, as well as individuals with powers that could scale to those same unknown heights, in this city they are a rabbid animal fighting to become top of the food chain.

This is an interest check for a Marvel roleplay from the perspective of a newly formed team of villains. Their goals will be different, but ultimately align within the same wide scope of wanting what they believe is theirs. This will have very dark tones, death/killing, substance abuse, evil plots, ECT. It will also be set within the MCU. if you've seen the individual Netflix Defenders' & Punsher series, those are a good kind of example.
