I am not one for writing at length or in depth, so I will go straight to the point. We would like to see the persona expanded, specifically in relation to his motivations and the reasons behind why he does what he does. We would also like to see Shen’s true form described a bit with text. Describe what effect it has on mortals when they see him in that form, what abilities he has while in that form, etc. Also, what does a dragon have to do with Planning?

It’s neither rejected nor accepted, expand the Persona and the True Form and we will review Shen once more.
