Okay, sure! You could say the staff is formed by some of the nanites from the suit, similar to the external weapons Iron Man summons in Infinity War.

Well, you're not locked into those exact types, as long as the first one is Dragon, the other two slots are completely open. And feel free to use Flamingo, but you're not locked into exclusively pink animals. If there are other ones you'd like to use, you can just say the dragon is pink/rose colored or something. And if he summons an aura of pink dragonfire and can use photokinesis to form hard light constructs, it could look like this:
