Beginner Dungeons: Windy Woods Often considered the most basic of dungeons, these woods offer weak enemies and steady supplies of berries. Good for a first adventure! High Hills As the name implies, this dungeon sees explorers climbing to the top of steep hills. The view from the top is said to be one of the best for watching sunsets. Enemies and items are few here, which makes it ideal for exercise. Bronze Mountain Once used for mining, this mountain now sees many Rock and Fighting types come to test themselves against one another. Supplies are scarce, but ore and gems can occasionally be found and sold to collectors. Foggy Lake A strange but mostly shallow lake shrouded in perpetual fog. Rumors tell of treasure hidden in the depths, but none have found it yet. Both supplies and enemies are plentiful here. Deep Cave Rock, Ground, and Dark types love to rest in this cave. The very back leads to a pit that's rumored to be bottomless. A perfect place to gather smooth stones and occasional gems. Shadeless Desert Ground and Fire type Pokemon are the only ones comfortable here. Trees are almost nonexistent, and travel without ample preparation is ill advised. In the middle of the desert stands the Ancient Tower. Ancient Tower A remnant of Irenia, this lonely watchtower stands eternal vigil over the surrounding desert. Though its original purpose remains a mystery, the statues of ancient beings at the very top may yet yield a clue. This tower is often used by Alakazam as a test for Beginners seeking to graduate to Elite rank. Elite Dungeons: Gorgeous Grotto A place of natural beauty and serenity, it has tragically become the nesting grounds of many a violent Pokemon. They compete for territory and food among the bountiful trees and streams, often assaulting those who come simply to enjoy the grotto itself. Ancient Graveyard A mass cemetary believed to have been made for those swept away by the ancient calamity. Centuries of neglect have left most tombstones illegible, and many an angry Ghost haunts this place. A great tomb stands in the very center, belonging to Irenia's final king. Magma Pools Whatever caused the ancient calamity scarred the very land itself. These pools of magma bubble up from deep within the earth. Fire types are the only ones the immense heat can't hinder. Still, the rich and fertile soil here is highly prized by farmers. Deep Sea Dive Parts of ancient Irenia were discovered at the bottom of the sea, along with a significant portion of the land it once stood on. Those willing to brave the depths may find many treasures here... and many dangers. Breathing apparatuses are available for non-Water types. Fire types are advised not to attempt this dungeon. Snowy Mountains A small but steep mountain range blanketed in eternal snow, these chilly paths may freeze a careless explorer in their tracks. Ice and Rock types often compete for territory here. Snowy Peaks At the tops of the Snowy Mountains, snow and ice reign unopposed. Rumors of hidden treasure and buried ruins attract many a brave soul, but the bitter cold and dangers of avalanches and ambushes deter many more. Dark Forest Thick trees and little sunlight make this forest an ideal den for criminals. Many bounties can be found here, but none of them will be taken in quietly. It is recommended that no one travel here alone. Ancient City The ruins of Irenia's capital city were almost entirely destroyed, but this fragment managed to endure. Mostly. There exists a wealth of knowledge and ancient artifacts here, but many greedy souls desire to claim them first. And some whisper that the ancients themselves still lurk in the deepest parts... Ancient Crater This crater is all that remains of the grand cathedral that once belonged to Irenia's royal family. Excavation efforts are many, as are the problems that they face: bandits, collapses, and something that many have called "The Royal Curse". Ace Dungeons: Deepest Depths An enterprising few have dared to attempt to explore the bottomless pit of the Deep Cave. What mysteries could be hidden down there? What secrets await discovery? And what unknown dangers lurk within the darkness? There's only one way to find out... Forest of Myth A forest that shimmers and shines in the light of the sun. This mysterious place is home to many a mischievous Fairy, and those who travel here should beware of changing paths and illusory enemies. Just what these illusions hide remains to be seen. Land of Woe History claims this was once a great and fertile land that fed the whole of ancient Irenia. Now, this blighted and dying land is home only to a vast emptiness broken only by occasional sulphurous pits. However, secrets may be found even here, if only one is brave enough to look. Majestic Mountain A grand mountain which overlooks the entire world. It is said that Arceus itself once called the temple at the summit its home. Whether this is true or not, the strongest of Pokemon ever seek to scale its great heights. Look out for falling rocks! Majestic Summit Only the greatest and most daring of explorers have ever reached this point. Among them, only a few have ever reached the grand temple at the top, opposed by competing explorers and the very mountain itself. There is a tradition in which those who reach the temple carve their names into the stone. It is said few acts are worth more pride than this. Special Dungeons: The Apex A mystical mountain that holds the secrets of unlocking Mega Evolutions. None will speak of the trials that must be faced within; only that it will take a challenger's full strength to overcome them. Gardevoir and Gallade act as the guardians of The Apex, and only those they deem worthy will be permitted to attempt the challenge. ??? A tear in reality itself that appears and disappears seemingly at random. Three Aces were sent to explore it, but they were never seen again. No one else has been permitted to investigate it, and any who would still attempt to do so are not guaranteed a safe return. Alakazam has declared that any who approach this rift will immediately be banned from the guild.
