I have a hero concept that I always wanted to roleplay in a comic setting. He's a Summoner who contracts with a selection of supernatural creatures from Japanese folklore. They each have their own specific powers, and will use them for him, but only if he gives them something they want. I was thinking of playing him similar to Ben 10 in that his powers are unreliable, but instead of transforming into aliens, he summons Youkai.

Is there a game that can fit him in?
