Consecrate seems like it would be like a level 30/40 spell area not something a level 10 should have if the wounds can only be healed by holy magic. To me it also seems like something a dedicated cleric would have not so much a holy warrior of the church.

Purify is also in the same boat it can remove ANY curse, or apparent magical effects meaning a person can have their special super magic armor just rendered inert. I will not allow it based on the fact that it is anything magical, and on top of that it can be done so at a distance. 

Curse of Retribution has no way for any of its victims to fight back against it. 

Sunbreak seems like something a dedicated wizard would have at a higher level than we are now. It is the equivalent of just having pure control over when bad weather is effecting the group at large, and not something a fighter class is likely to have.
