Mustard had updated the scoreboard to reflect Chuck's victory, having praised both Chuck and his opponent. Liam had calmed down watching Chuck's fight. Maybe he had overreacted to Klara's actions, but next to the mistreatment of Pokémon, cheating was about the only thing that he couldn't stand. Between the battles, Liam was shining up the balls that held the three Pokémon he was using. The good thing about the fact that he has a knack for the use of Luxury Balls, it would make it more difficult to anticipate who he was sending out, not to mention that he had two Pokémon his friends hadn't seen him use yet. One has been by design: A Dragalge he caught toward the end of their time in Alola, though since he used it in an early battle of the World Coronation it could be discovered if they searched his profile. This he did not see as being likely as they travel together a lot and they likely would think they know what he has, the other being something he had just caught the previous day, Heracles the Heracross.
