He tends to lack a filter when talking to people, a little too honest for his own good. It generally results in people not liking him or being a little put off by his presents. He also has no sense of personal space, which has gotten him hit on more than one occasion.

[color=c49c48]Powers:[/color] Lev has the ability to convert the potential energy stored in an inanimate object into pure light kinetic energy, thus "charging" that item with highly explosive results. He prefers to charge smaller objects as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw. The larger an item is the more time it takes to charge. Most charging takes place through direct skin contact. The power of his explosions is dependent on the mass of the object he is charging: for example, a charged pebble explodes with the force of a grenade. He can also use his abilities to accelerate an object's kinetic energy instead of converting its potential energy; for example, he can charge his Bo staff with enough kinetic energy and power to level a small house. He can also use this to make him faster than a normal human, though not by much. He cannot charge living beings, like animals and other people. At least he is pretty sure he can’t, he has never tried.
 
[color=c49c48]Weapons:[/color] Lev keeps a small pouch of pebbles on him, they are easy to find and quick to charge. He is also well trained in fighting with a Bo staff as well as well practiced in Keto.

[color=c49c48]Backstory:[/color] Lev was born in Moscow, Russia. Though he and his parents only lived there for the first 11 years of his life. It was at age 10 that Lev accidentally discovered his abilities. It was because of this that his family had to flee the country. From the age of 11 to the present day he has been in America. His family settled in New York and took work where they could find it. They were a poor family, relying on the kindness of neighbors and friends most of the time to get by. 

As he grew up, Lev learned how to control his abilities and ended up with the wrong type of people. Though he chooses to keep this part of his life to himself. Often glancing over his teen years when talking about himself. Now, as an adult he still has some dealings with the more sketchy side of the city however it’s more something he uses to gather information he might need. He has friends in dark places and is not afraid to utilize those friends when it suits him. Though he is just as quick to turn on those same people should they betray him.

[color=fff200]Personality:[/color] Slightly skittish by nature Luci tends to be on the shy side. She has been known to lash out rather violently when threatened. She has a hard time trusting people, but once they gain her trust she would do anything for them. She hasn’t had much of a chance to let a personality develop other than that since she has been trapped within The High Order facility her whole life. 

[color=fff200]Appearance:[/color] Standing at about 5 feet 2 inches, Luci has soft, almost fragile features. Her long brown hair seems to have a few similarly brown feathers in it. It looks as though she intentionally added feathers to her hair however they naturally grow there. Her torso and arms are littered with various brands from her stepping out of line in her younger years. Most are indistinguishable from one another as they have all healed to some extent, but the scaring is still there. She has no newer brands most are bout 6 years old or older.

Luci has two sets of wings that protrude from her back. With the larger set only spanning about 6 feet, they are primarily white but there is a bit of brown freakling in them.

[color=fff200]Power:[/color] Luci’s strength, speed, and senses are only slightly higher than that of an ordinary human. Her strength lies in the ability to manipulate light. The light behaves similarly to normal light, meaning one could block her attacks with solid objects, or reflect them with mirrors.

[b]-Invisibility:[/b] It’s more camouflage than invisibility. She can bend the light around her to make her appear to be invisible. This only works if she is moving extremely slow or if she is standing still. Swift movements will break the illusion and make her position obvious. 

[b]-Flash Bang:[/b] Capable of causing small/ mostly harmless light explosions meant to temporarily blind or stun others. 


[b]-Light weapons/illusions:[/b] She can create images made of pure light. She can choose if these shine with dim or bright light. Ex: A dimly glowing Halo above her head. She can also create small weapons with this light. Things such as swords or daggers, and though not capable of stabbing or piercing individuals they are rather hot, and capable of burning targets, as well as blinding them. She can also choose the brightness of these created weapons. 

[b]-Light Projectiles:[/b] She can create small bullet-like light orbs shot from her hand or fingers. Again not capable of piercing an individual but causing burns.

Luci also cannot take off into flight without a leap off a high place or a good running start first. Her smaller wing span makes it harder for her to take off from the ground, it also requires her to expend more energy while in flight so she prefers to use her wings to glide.

[color=fff200]Backstory:[/color] Luci grew up only knowing the inside of a science lab in the cult-like group that “created” her. She was made by a smaller branch or The High Order as an attempt to improve upon what they had already created once before. In a way they succeeded, but in others they failed. 

Luci grew up hearing about “subject one”, an individual in another facility who was supposedly stronger than her, but lacked the special abilities that she had. She was treated like something special, but also like dirt. Beaten and praised, sometimes simultaneously. 

Trained to use her abilities as both support and offence she is capable of defending herself however she prefers to remain at a distance.

Other: She is unaware that she is actually half angel. As far as she is concerned she is an artificially created “Angel” created to be used as a weapon for the High Order.[/center][/hider]
