ThisisFine and I have already talked about her. She will be starting within a high order facility and Raph will break her out at some point.

[color=fff200]Personality:[/color] Slightly skittish by nature Luci tends to be on the shy side. She has been known to lash out rather violently when threatened. She has a hard time trusting people, but once they gain her trust she would do anything for them. She hasn’t had much of a chance to let a personality develop other than that since she has been trapped within The High Order facility her whole life. 

[color=fff200]Appearance:[/color] Standing at about 5 feet 2 inches, Luci has soft, almost fragile features. Her long brown hair seems to have a few similarly brown feathers in it. It looks as though she intentionally added feathers to her hair however they naturally grow there. Her torso and arms are littered with various brands from her stepping out of line in her younger years. Most are indistinguishable from one another as they have all healed to some extent, but the scaring is still there. She has no newer brands most are bout 6 years old or older.

Much like “subject one” Luci has wings that protrude from her back, though hers are much smaller. Only spanning about 6 feet, they are primarily white but there is a bit of brown freakling in them.

[color=fff200]Power:[/color] Luci’s strength, speed, and senses are only slightly higher than that of an ordinary human. Her strength lies in the ability to manipulate light. The light behaves similarly to normal light, meaning one could block her attacks with solid objects, or reflect them with mirrors.

[b]-Invisibility:[/b] It’s more camouflage than invisibility. She can bend the light around her to make her appear to be invisible. This only works if she is moving extremely slow or if she is standing still. Swift movements will break the illusion and make her position obvious. 

[b]-Flash Bang:[/b] Capable of causing small/ mostly harmless light explosions meant to temporarily blind or stun others. 


[b]-Light weapons/illusions:[/b] She can create images made of pure light. She can choose if these shine with dim or bright light. Ex: A dimly glowing Halo above her head. She can also create small weapons with this light. Things such as swords or daggers, and though not capable of stabbing or piercing individuals they are rather hot, and capable of burning targets, as well as blinding them. She can also choose the brightness of these created weapons. 

[b]-Light Projectiles:[/b] She can create small bullet-like light orbs shot from her hand or fingers. Again not capable of piercing an individual but causing burns.

[color=fff200]Weaknesses:[/color] She is not capable of creating light so in instances of complete darkness she is useless. Luci also cannot take off into flight without a leap off a high place or a good running start first. Her smaller wing span makes it harder for her to take off from the ground, it also requires her to expend more energy while in flight so she prefers to use her wings to glide.

[color=fff200]Backstory:[/color] Luci grew up only knowing the inside of a science lab in the cult-like group that “created” her. She was made by a smaller branch or The High Order as an attempt to improve upon what they had already created once before. In a way they succeeded, but in others they failed. 

Luci grew up hearing about “subject one”, an individual in another facility who was supposedly stronger than her, but lacked the special abilities that she had. She was treated like something special, but also like dirt. Beaten and praised, sometimes simultaneously. 

Trained to use her abilities as both support and offence she is capable of defending herself however she prefers to remain at a distance.
