Hiya, welcome to my interest check!

For clarity's sake as this post might grow rambling  - I am looking for someone to play as a [b][u]Male Hero[/u][/b] for an high fantasy quest roleplay. If that intrigues you, please continue on, brave adventurer! The fate of the world may very well rest on your shoulders!

Hi I'm Fox! In my thirties, PST. / almost always around for ooc!
[b]Post frequency:[/b] Once a week onsite, more frequent on discord. I am typically active Sundays - Tuesdays.
[b]Post length + Requirements:[/b] Variable - I am the type to write out 7+ paragraphs in a starter post to set the scene, then later on trim down to two during an action scene, and so forth. As long as you can give me a cohesive reply that not only responds to my post, but also continues the plot along- the only set requirements are at least a paragraph. I'm pretty flexible, just no one-liners!

[hider=CHARACTERS AND SETTING]
Set on a fantasy planet not entirely dissimilar to ours, though further in its elderly stages of planetary decay. The oceans are tripling in salt content, riverbeds are bone dry, flora and fauna both suffering. Earthquakes terrorize the land, causing floods of salt water to wash out fishing villages. Pox and plague ravages all manner of creatures, beast and human alike. The Aspect of the Earth has not been seen for centuries, and as such, calamity prevails.

[b]Our roleplay will take off from another cataclysmic event[/b] - The Moon [i]falling[/i] and crashing into our Earth, and with it, bringing our characters together. 


[b]YC[/b] will be a human man. The only absolute requirements I desire are that YC will mostly follow a [i][b]morally good[/b][/i] alignment. That isn't to say I want YC to be a saint, anything but. We love a flawed, imperfect hero! I don't wish to take any further creative control from you, so naturally, the rest is up to you. His motives and reasons, his background, his skill level, etc.
*I have two plotlines - one where YC stays human, another where he becomes the Aspect of the Earth, I'm amenable to either option!

[b]MC [/b]is unknowingly the Aspect of the Moon*. Due to the fall and the subsequent result of her planet fragmenting- her Aspect is not whole until she completes their quest - and therefore her power is significantly diminished in the beginning and will power up as the plot continues. MC was born from human wishes for a better world, and as such, her divine power is rooted in wish granting. 

MC will crash somewhere within the vicinity of YC, and convince him to escort her to the site of what remains of the Moon, on the other side of the continent. The journey will hold all sorts of terrors and tribulations for our pair. Pox ridden mutants, ancient ruins, bandit villages stand in their paths, to name some of their simpler trials. Will our hero be able to protect the one supposed to be the Protector? Will our Moonblessed spirit be able to finally understand humanity, and not only that, but grow as a result of the knowledge? Time will tell. The quest begins!

[b]Aspects of the Celestial Bodies:[/b] Aspects are divine physical manifestations and protectors of the celestial body they inhabit. They are all cosmically linked, and are as such - [i]Sun, Moon, Space, Stars, Earth[/i], and [i]Eclipse[/i].

[b]Aspects of the Heavenly Elements:[/b] Ancient Aspects of the elements, older than the Aspects of the Celestial Bodies, though more elusive. They are [i]Water, Fire, Life, Death, Time[/i], and [i]Light[/i].

Despite having divine power, Aspects are [b]not[/b] gods. They do not have infinite power and their divinity is rooted in their celestial planet. They're more similar to spirits with some cosmic power. Aspects go through a complicated trial of life and death, especially so if their celestial body is in an imbalanced state. They are borne from a catalyst of their previous incarnations desires and under fateful circumstances, from humans.
