Unafraid to announce his very presence against his foes and face them head-on, Kaito's headstrong nature has put him in more harm than good. Of course, this is due to his belief in justice and honor, beliefs that conflict with his status as a Fuuma ninja. Rather than a trained killer, Kaito sees himself and his clan as dark avengers of the night, seeking to bring criminals and miscreants to justice. One should not misplace his recklessness for mere foolishness, however, as Kaito has firmly compensated for his bombastic fighting style with his own unique, if unrefined, form of ninjutsu tools. Born from his love of tokusatsu, Kaito conducts himself like a hero of justice, from his mannerisms to his combat style, referring to himself as the "Ironclad Demon of Justice" and even designing his own costume. Kaito also possesses a level of pride for his clan, seeing its most famous member, Fuuma Kotarou, as his prime inspiration to follow. While he disagrees with some of their more ruthless practices, he still holds his clan at heart, referring to himself as a Fuuma shinobi even after his self-imposed exile. [b][color=E5006B]Backstory[/color][/b]: Ever since he was born, Kaito had to prove himself as both his parents were excellent shinobi of the clan. Of course, it helped that he possessed a natural talent in the Fuuma clan ninjutsu, believes to be a prodigy among his peers. At one point when they were training in weightlessness, his peers had referred to him as "Fuuma Kotarou reincarnated" due to his control over his own weight. These praises fostered a wealth of unhealthy habits for Kaito, such as his reckless nature and the idolization and emulation of the Fuuma clan's greatest shinobi. Such habits would continue to develop over time, up to the point of Kaito's first real mission. The mission in question was higher profile than what one would usually trust a trainee shinobi perform, but Kaito's superiors had plenty of confidence in the young ninja to complete the task. What was simply a raid into a known yakuza den turned out to be a hostage situation, as Kaito had charged in without knowing that innocents could have also been in the establishment at the time. While Kaito was tasked with slaying a yakuza officer hidden within the den, he prioritized saving the hostages instead. If it weren't for the intervention of one of Kaito's mentors tasked with supervising his progress, Kaito's target would have escaped. Admonished for his failures, Kaito was severely punished for his actions, believing his priority to save the lives of others as signs of weakness. This shook Kaito's own beliefs, as he had initially thought that the goal of a shinobi is to defend the lives of the common man over all else. Because of this disagreement, Kaito had entered exile to seek a new purpose, one that would allow him to mete out his own form of justice without being told what he was doing was wrong. It was then that he found himself at the Silver Gate Academy, eager to pave a new path for himself as a true hero of justice. It is complete with modifications such as various compartments to hold shuriken and other smaller ninja tools in, a built-in kite that pops out from the back, reinforced arms and legs for improved unarmed combat, and a star-shaped chest piece made with reflective glass and filled with bright LEDs meant to both disorient foes and look marvelous. Utilizing one's own cumbersome weight to their advantage, it is particularly effective when wearing heavy armor. However, it is difficult to change the direction of one's attack once their weight is directed towards a target. As such, it is primarily utilized as an opening attack, when one has the element of surprise. [*]Justice Blast - Kaito leaps to the ground landing on his outstretched palms as support, usually behind his opponent, before thrusting his legs in an upward motion towards the opponent. When properly performed, the opponent should be knocked up into the air as if they were a rocket. Due to how the technique is performed, it is normally utilized as a recovery after being knocked down. [*]Justice Driver - A technique that attests to the Fuuma clan's superiority over the skies, Kaito leaps into the air, lessening his weight and spinning rapidly with his legs together to create a drill-like motion. Once proper momentum is built up, Kaito restores his weight suddenly before directing himself downward towards his opponent as if to screw them into the ground.
