Given what he can do, I would be more inclined to say his Specialty is 'Jack-of-all-trades' or 'Adaptability' rather than ranged attacks only.

I have just a couple questions about his power. Is the only power he can absorb elemental? Would that mean his absorption just doesn't work on targets without elemental powers like, say, Tora? How many powers can he stock at once? Is there a time limit before powers expire or something?

I've never been good at writing out personalities and I can't find any better explanation of his personality online.

Adaptability would fit better for him.

As for his power, in the game, he can permanently copy the powers of other conduits. He gets Smoke from Henry Daughtry, Neon from Abigail "Fetch" Walter, Video from Eugene Sims, and Concrete from Brooke Augustine. Each of them comes with a movement, a ranged attack, a melee attack through the chain, a bomb/missile, and a finisher. However, his own Conduit power is the ability to copy other Conduits' powers.
