Esmeralda could be considered the typical snobby hot girl in high school, but she is anything but. Cheerful, Flamboyant and funny, Esmeralda  is considered a goth with a cotton-candy center. She loves teaching people, but doesn’t enjoy hurting others. She’s an incredibly intelligent person, and while she has trouble facing horrors, Esmeralda  manages to keep her optimism nonetheless. There are however times when Esmeralda  seems to let the darkness take over, prone to depressive outbursts, Esmeralda struggles on a daily basis to remain optimistic. 

She strives to stay strong for her father, knowing that if she let herself fall into the darkness, he’d be right there with her. And she will not be responsible for her fathers suffering, knowing he has suffered more than enough, and for her as well. When she feels like she can be herself, Esmeralda  is a flamboyant, fun-loving individual that strives to provide comic relief to those she cares about. She is a very perky person, but she can also be serious and down to earth if needed. She is very confident in her ability to find answers, and seems to enjoy bantering with her friends. 

Esmeralda  can be one that tends to embrace big ideas, and actions which relfect her sense of hope and goodwill toward others- and can often stretch herself thin by doing so. She is outgoing, openhearted, and open-minded, with her lively upbeat approach to life, she can stand out in any crowd and while she doesn't just care about having a good time, her passion for her friends runs towards meaningful, emotional and enjoyable connections with them.

[color=silver][indent][sub]Born in California, Imogen’s mother never once tried to hide the fact that her father was nowhere around, and was perhaps far away. She didn’t give Imogen much information about her father, other than the fact that he was a good looking guy who treated her well. Imogen has no memories of her father. 

Home schooled from a young age, Imogen nevertheless had many social activities, from theatre, to karate, to book club and singing. She was quite a friendly person, and soon had a nice circle of friends. When she turned 11, Imogen first entered the official school system, and thrilled for it, imogen spent a few months in a normal school environment. 

Until strange things began to happen, almost dangerous things, and her mother sat her down one day, explaining what she was, and all about the camp. However, Imogen decided to stick it out for a few months more, until her mother was badly hurt in a strange incident. Deciding that she had to do what was right by her mother, Imogen made her way to Camp Half-Blood, enrolling full time at the camp. [color=silver][indent][sub]A rather responsible and intelligent child, Pierre took being a big brother to heart, and always tried to help Adeline as much as he could- but he could see she wanted to try and do things for herself, to be something other then what others saw her as. While he was still watchful, and helping when she needed it, Pierre was content to let her find her way in life. While he tried to help stop the bullying, it served to put him in the limelight, and older siblings of those bullying Adeline came to their defenses. Pierre did what he could, but it soon became difficult to stop the bullying. 

Pierre struggled with knowing what to do, how he could help- even with coming up with ways to help. As Sawyer became a staple in Adelines life, Pierre could relax somewhat, relieved that he wasn't alone in the fight to keep her safe. Pierre never really had any friends anyway- he was too much of a quiet kid, and did take pride in behind able to help his mother, and sister. Considered a geek, he had his fair share of troubles, but tended not to let them get to him. 

It soon became evident however that something was wrong- often times Pierre would find himself feeling like he was being watched- or he would have strange and vivid dreams that would leave him feeling like he had intruded upon someone. As the months went by, and it was revealed what they were, Pierre did the only logical thing he could come up with- he followed Adeline. He wasn't going to let her go off alone, but it was also became of the dreams he was having... Pierre knew that they would both be better off at camp.

Clumsy, forgetful, shy and often seen as timid, but this is far from the truth. Remus has a hidden courage, hidden bravery beneath his insecurity= particularly when he finds himself fighting for something he believes in. If you had to describe Remus in a few words, his closet friends would describe him as reserved, warm-hearted and responsible, while those that don't know him would describe him as quiet, a bit of a loser, and no one to write home about. This is their loss- those that get to know Remus will get his full devotion and loyalty, as well as see another side of the quiet boy that many don't get to see. Port of Remus's problem with a lot of people is that he doesn't seem to have a lot of self-esteem, often referring to himself as just a "nobody". With the support of people that care for him, and encouragement, Remus is a highly skilled and courageous individual. 

When he is fighting for something he believes in, for protecting others or for a task that is important, Remus possesses an ironclad will, courage of outstanding merit and a nobility of spirit- although he can still be comically shy despite this.  Friends have called him a "teddy bear" And while it is often said in jest, this is quite true. Remus is a strong will, courageous and often fierce individual when he protects, but is still as cuddly as a soft toy. While it might seem like Remus is an emotional wreck, he is actually well-tuned into his emotions- and the feelings of others, and while he is good at understanding his emotions, he often struggles to express them. Rather than sharing his feelings, he tends to bottle them up, sometimes to the point that negative feelings towards other people can result- particularly if he doesn't wish to burden others with his troubles. 

With a tendency to underplay his accomplishments, Remus tends to let others take credit for his work, not wanting to case any trouble, he needs to learn how to say no and stand up for himself. He is naturally social, which goes against a lot of his rather introvert qualities, and uses a rather excellent memory not to retain data and trivia, but to remember people and details about their lives, and when giving gifts, Remus has no equal, using his rather vivid imagination and natural sensitivity to express his generosity in ways that often touches the hearts of his recipients.

"I will protect those who can't protect themselves" is something Remus takes to heart, and an ideal he lives by. He rarely sits idle when there is a worthy cause unfinished, and he will always undevout to protect people he cares about, or innocent bystanders in a way that inspires others to stand for themselves, as well as putting himself in harms way. He may never be truly comfortable in the spotlight and might feel guilty taking credit for anything, but Remus will do so if it helps keep people safe. This isn't limited to those he cares about, if there is a good cause, Remus will protect even those he hates- not that there are many of them. The difficult thing for Remus to accept is that there will be times where he can't protect everyone, no matter how hard he tries. 

Perhaps one standing trait for Remus is that he often finds himself frightened- and frightened of anything. This doesn't stop him from doing his best for others, although it doesn't give him much of a courageous air- more a cowardly one. He doesn't let things get to him, but being called a coward sends him in a spiral of degrading self-esteem that can affect him for quite some time.

[color=silver][indent][sub]It was never clear what became of Remus's mother, no one saw her as she placed a baby carrier down on the steps of an orphanage, the baby wrapped carefully in blankets. There was no note, just the child on the steps. He wasn't there long, perhaps a few minutes as his mother knocked, and then disappeared into the night. And so it was that Remus grew up in an orphanage, Suffering from nightmares, Remus would often find himself awake a night- and learned to fear the shadows. 

As things kept happening around him, people having vivid waking nightmares or fears spreading like wild-fires through the other children, Remus grew up surrounded by fear. He tended to keep to himself as such, but grew frightened of just about everything. Without cause, of course, as things- monsters drawn to the fear he created. Monsters weren't the only things that hunted him- a camper found him running from manticore. Rescuing him, the camper brought Remus to camp- and Remus hasn't left camp since that day. Appearing to be an outgoing and overconfident person, Talon can be quickly revealed to be so much more complicated and nuanced then he appears at first glance. While he is a very supportive and loyal friend to those who he truly cares about, it can take a while to break through the rather “tough” and hardened shell he displays. Talon has a hard time trusting people, and this can mean that he doesn’t let people in- preferring to be alone then to be hurt. Incredibly brave and quite intelligent despite being considered to be more brawny than brainy, Talon doesn’t try very hard to dissuade people of this. 

Perhaps Talon's biggest issue is controlling his anger. Undiagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder, which causes him to be incredibly impulsive- leading to irrationality and poor judgement, he also possesses a quick temper that can cause him to be eager for a fight when angered. He at times lets this anger get the best of him- part of him wanting a fight, if to prove how tough he really is, although he doesn’t know when to quit in one was being perfectly honest.

Being included in a close friendship group, or even under the good influence of others could help Talon control his temper- to stay in better control However, as it is at the moment, he is prone to bouts of irrationality and violence in certain circumstances. However, despite this negative trait, Talon is shown to be understanding, funny, mischievous and somewhat immature. He is good with kids, an avid fan of classic rock music, and tends to avoid emotional intimacy, Talon is both a simple and complex individual. Typically ruthless and aggressive when challenged, he tackles any tasks that he approaches enthusiastically, and would give his life for those he cares about. 

He has a particular dislike of people who think they are better than him, and when faced with people he considers assholes he can be threatening and determined- and even if he is outclassed, he is sarcastic, rude and often insulting. Despite this all, when he is around those he cares about and trusts, he is very laid back and well disposed- and he values the safety of those he cares about and innocents above all else, even his own life. Though on occasion he can be somewhat impulsive as well as arrogant, Talon is intelligent and competent, and is more likely to exhibit irrational behavior when those he considers family are threatened. He will frequently make light of tense situations, making himself feel foolish- which can also be a source for irrational angry for him. 

That being said, Talon can be a great ally- and it’s always better to have him on your side then not. He will protect those few people he cares about with his life- and glady give his life for them.

[color=silver][indent][sub]Talon wasn't really given the best start in life. While his mother tried her best to give him a good life, it fell well below that, although he was always fed and clothed, even if she wasn't. Things seemed to look up for a time, as she finally found a steady job and a place to live without fear of being kicked out, and for a few short years, Talon knew what happiness was. That was, until, his step-father entered the picture. As the years went past, and Talon exhibited his severe anger, or didn't necessarily stand up for himself, he soon began to experience abuse by the hands of the only father he had ever known. 

Locked away for misbehaving, beaten for the slightest hint of bad behavior, or just because he was a convenient punching bag, Talon learned cruelty from a relatively young age. Starved for hours on end, treated disgustingly for even a hint of something not "manly", Talon grew a complicated relationship with himself. Always punished for not being "manly enough" Talon tried to please, but it just wasn't in him and even if he did something right, it was often tarnished by a beating or two. 

When he was barely a teenager, Talon ran away- this had its dangers too, but it didn't end up with a broken beer bottle against his throat, or being beaten to an inch of his life. As long as he could be smart, grab food or steal money, Talon could survive. It wasn't long however until he was found and dragged back to the place he loathed, his mother screaming and crying. Talon tried to flee again, but failed. His anger was immense, and for a moment Talon could see himself stopping the next blow, turning and just attacking and punching with fury on the man that had made his life a misery. 

And then it was gone, screaming and crying out for his mother to [i]make it stop[/i] but she didn't, she never did. The next time Talon ran, he didn't get far again- but it wasn't his step-father that had found him, instead a Saytr, who led him to Camp-half blood. He hasn't left since, other then Quests. Although Talon has spent some time in relative safety, he carries the scars of abuse not just on his body, but in his soul as well.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=FF0000]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]
