Howdy - 

Just wanted a little clarity: Does Player vs Player damage have to be agreed upon by both parties or can any player potentially go around injuring other players without consent?

I often see something like this...
[color=fff79a]Player 1: John Smith throws a punch at Jane Doe
Player 2: Jane Doe dodges and then throws a kick at John.
Player 1: John take the hit to the stomach and tumbles over[/color]
...where action and consequences are consensual among the players.  

However, the rules appear to read as if we'll see more of this...
[color=fff79a]Player 1: John Smith hits Jane Doe with a baseball bat to the leg, causing a bone fracture. He then runs away.
Player 2: [i]((...now I have to play this character with a busted leg for several weeks...))[/i] Jane Doe says "fuck" and looks for something to wrap her jacked leg with.[/color]

Is the second scenario the one you intended for this RP?

Also, under what circumstances will you be invoking GM-enforced character deaths?
