[center]First there was pain. This burning, tearing feeling paired with darkness and flashes of light. Gaara could do nothing but scream.. scream until suddenly a sharp pain in his neck began to numb his body. When the pain stopped, Gaara closed his eyes, and he finally took the rest his confused body and mind needed...

But then he awoke.


He woke to the sounds of talking, his icy eyes shooting open to watch just as a strange woman walked away from the glass cage Gaara seemed to find himself in. Sitting up from the floor, the red haired boy gazed at the... odd set of people he found himself surrounded by. Quietly he observed. An anthropomorphic rodent, a pale boy missing his eyelids, another anthropomorphic animal.. a goat this time, and many more. He was definitely not back at Suna. He wasn in a place he had never seen before, with blinding white lights buzzing above the heads of all the people. It was odd not knowing how he got here, or where this was. Even the most developed of areas of home were not like this.

Rubbing his eyes, and now standing to his feet, Gaara inspected the cage with a thoughtful gaze, and the man convulsing on the floor. It seemed they were truly prisoners.. and barking any demands leads to punishment. This was not ideal, but Gaara could deal. He's been through worse.[/center]
