Sougo's turned his attention to a young man, about 2 years younger than him. Dressed rather flashy, the man sported a scarf, a jacket, and piercings, asking who they are.

"[color=f49ac2]I'm Tokiwa Sougo. Nice to meet you, Tosai-kun.[/color]" Sougo introduced himself with a nod and a smile as he looked around the group around the guy he approached with the two colored eyes. It ranged from bipedal furry animals--goatlike, it seems, to other people. "[color=f49ac2]And I want to be a King.[/color]" He spoke his dream with confidence, hoping to break the ice with these strangers.

After checking the state of the delinquent, Penny concluded that he might as well be fine. Pondering escape, Penny walked towards the edge of the glass cage. Her scans indicate that it's mostly glass--although she feels like something else is off. After all, her optics was tampered with once before, so...

Perhaps it's time for Penny to make some new friends for the time being. After all, they are in the same thing.
