The worst condition I ever got into was in Germany. First of all, German beer is much more potent than American beer. A normal beer is marked with 1 X. A beer with twice the alcohol is marked with 2 XX and a beer with triple the alcohol is marked with 3 XXX. It was during the week between Christmas and New Year's. This was the first Christmas I spent in a foreign country and not with my family. I went out with some friends, who all happened to be medics. I always seemed to go out with the medics. Then I had to vomit. I stepped away from the barstool and the vomit hit the floor. A buddy grabbed me and headed toward the stairs to the basement. I puked on the dance floor, I puked in the stairwell and again on the floor in the basement. When we got to the restroom, I told him I didn't need to throw up anymore. He ordered me to vomit. I eventually produced something. Then he walked me around Ayers Kaserne (Kirch Gons, West Germany). They brought me to their room in the barracks. I must have fallen asleep, but in the morning I woke up in my own bed and have no clue how I got there.
