Most notably, his arms are especially thick and powerfully built, and are a fair bit larger than you'd expect, which earned him the name 'Gorilla' in high school. Beyond his physique, his hair is of a light brown coloration, and it appears largely unkempt and matted, and his deep orange eyes, while almost always heavy with the sleeplessness he brings himself from nights of training, also carry in them a burning fire of passion unlike any other.... For clothing, he's a simple man. Even now that he's a 'villain' in the vaguest sense that he's a crook that uses powers, he dresses incredibly casually. Naught but a white shirt, stretched to the brink from his size and musculature, a light brown leather belt with his light blue hoodie tucked into it, a pair of comfortably baggy black pants, and some fairly heavy-duty black boots befitting a man of his stature. Oh, and of course, his mask; a remnant of his time as a champion of the ring, it was made personally for him by an old friend, and is one of few things he'd consider a keepsake.
[ PERSONALITY TRAITS ]
Grant, while outwardly pretty put-together and chill, is a hot-blooded warrior through and through, driven by his desire to use his power to the fullest. His greatest goal in life is to constantly seek out challenges that can slake his thirst for battle, to keep testing himself, as well as to find others worthy of his respect. He actively believes that fighters should be able to win with nothing but what comes to them naturally, and thinks less of those who have to rely on gadgets and weapons to achieve victory. When it comes to fights, Grant is all-or-nothing; in anything more than sparring (which he's rarely done in his life), he's always fought each battle he's in as if it were life-and-death. Which, in his defense, most were. This mindset has led him to the point that a fight where he can't stake his life against another's feels meaningless to him, living for the rush of a truly bloody, messy battle. When it comes to fighting, Grant is quite unwilling to work together with others, wanting to win with his own power. Beyond fighting, however, he can function in a unit well enough. He greatly prefers fighting people one-on-one, as it feels more personal that way, and won't hesitate to obliterate anything - or anyone - who gets in the way of a good fight. In spite of this violent, kill-or-be-killed nature, Grant is also surprisingly honorable for a brute as himself. He shows nothing but respect for those actually willing to fight him, and he thinks highly of any individuals who cant defeat him (or at least survive him). He never uses underhanded tactics, and is always up-front about himself and his goals. Additionally, while he is more than willing to kill others, and has done it many times before, it's not something he's always seeking to do. He'd much prefer to let a strong, admirable enemy live than finish them off, and never seeks to get any weaklings involved, actively abhorring the idea of taking hostages or using citizens as a distraction, or anything of that sort.
[ BIO ]
Growing up in Brookside was never going to be easy, and Grant learned that quick growing up. Real early on in his life, things were fine; hell, by the standards of this side of the city, they were fantastic. His father, while not the most well-known Hero, was one, and did a damn fine job providing for the family. And his mom, well...Even back then she wasn't all there, but she always did her best. Back then, at least. That status quo changed when his pops got caught up in a fight with a seriously bad news villain; by the time everything was said and done, the news was already reporting the death of Mighty Man. Didn't take long for his mom to break down, and for little Grant, well...He wasn't even old enough to really process properly. All he knew was his dad screwed up, and now he wasn't coming home. From that day on, he resented his old man for being that weak, that if he was stronger, none of what happened next woulda happened. But, it happened. Pretty quickly, Grant began figuring out what his mom's whole deal was, now that the filer of his dad wasn't there. Turns out she was a recovering drug addict; and not just any kind. She was hopped up on Meta-boosters, the kinda shit that'd turn a dude who could make a blade pop out his elbow into a storm of razor-sharp blades slicing ya into ribbons. With his father gone, she reverted pretty hard. But young Grant only knew that his mom was being real unstable and taking some weird stuff. The full story was that she had another thing she reverted back to... Crime. Little Grant knew she was putting money on the table, and that's all that mattered to him. His mum, though, was busy putting people in the dirt and breaking into stores for a quick buck. Truth be told, the boy's just lucky he grew up in Brookside of all places, or else his mom probably woulda been eventually caught. However, she managed to stay under the radar for long enough, and he grew up....About the same way every Brookside kid did. Crummy schools, shitty social life, the digs. 'Course, he was also picked on about his dad, cuz kid's can be ruthless that way. He got known pretty quick for being the kinda boy to start fights, landing himself in detention more times than he can count. The dynamic changed once he hit high school. Over summer break, Grant had....Quite the growth spurt. Going from about 5'7 at age 13 to 6'3 with giant arms at age 14. Definitely abnormal. He didn't think too hard about it...But of course, the other boys did. Didn't take long for some of the older kids to get pissed off at the guy who walked in freshman year looking like a full-blown body builder. So, like normal, he got in a fight with a kid. Y'know what ain't normal? Throwing a punch, expecting to bruise the dude a bit, and instead breaking your own arm alongside the kid's whole left ribcage. Needless to say, he had to take a little more than detention for this one. Doesn't help that while he was in ER, the kid died from a punctured lung and internal bleeding. Got stuck in juvie for a few solid months, but got off due to good behavior and a generous court ruling, since there was no way that Grant would've known he'd...Do that. Speaking of, during his time in juvie, they of course fixed his arm up and had some Meta professionals take a look at what was going on. Turns out, beyond some latent physical bulk from his late pops beginning to spring up, he had his very own Meta ability; he was able to rotate his shoulders at incredible speeds, not only gathering kinetic energy but also building up incredible speeds for, well....Punching things. Only catch? Turns out, according to the eggheads, his body couldn't handle the power output of his ability, and they suggested he refrain from using it whenever possible. Clearly they underestimated the drive of this kid. You just told a boy that notoriously gets into fights and doesn't stop until his opponent's a crumpled mess, that he can absolutely decimate enemies with a flurry of blows so fast that the human eye couldn't even register it, and you tell him not to use it? Hah...Funny. Needless to say, after he was out of juvie (and having to calm down his mum having a drug-induced panic attack over the whole incident), he set to training his body to the absolute limit. If he had power....Then he'd use it, professionals be damned. Turns out, once he finally came back to school, that his stunt on that kid had earned him a lot more attention than he was used to. Both the good and the bad. Some came to fear and shun him, yet others, outcasts among the outcasts of Brookside...They respected him, and rallied behind him. Truth be told? He wasn't really sure what to make of it. He never really was the leading type, and he still ain't to this day. But back then, he made it work, because having anyone to rely on in Brookside is a boon you simply can't pass up. Didn't take long for his troop of pals to become a gang, emboldened by Grant's absolute strength. Even while the group was just a bunch of high schoolers, they started making a name for themselves on the streets of Brookside. Honestly though, he didn't lead the group so much as his right-hand lady, Mira (or Miranda, if you wanted a few broken teeth). She was one of the first people Grant came to respect, having actually fought her and lost, breaking his arms yet again in the process of that fight. Her only power was an insane amount of durability, but truth be told, it's all you need against a guy who breaks his own body to fight. Point is, he put his full trust in her to do things right by the gang, and she did. Simple as that. Eventually, Grant...Didn't graduate high school. Honestly, were you expecting anything less? He did manage to get to senior year before losing the will to give a fuck about education though, so give him some credit there. From then on, his little ragamuffin bunch became a full-fledged street gang, becoming mainly known for never using weapons and all having powers, being dubbed by other Brookside gangs as The Mutants. Eventually though, however well the gang was doing, Grant chose to step down and leave it to Mira. Doing petty crimes and fighting off rival gangs wasn't fulfilling him in the way he needed. So, with that, he said his goodbyes to the group and stepped onto his own path...Though still visiting on occasion. In due time, Grant bounced between job to job. Usually hired muscle. Was a bouncer at a bar for a few months before he socked a dude's jaw clean off. His next big break, however, was in the shadows, as he heard whispers of an underground fighting circuit, made for Metahumans to fight tooth and claw for cash prizes. Sounded like his kinda place... And for a time, it was. Early on, the fights for a younger Grant were brutal and exhilarating, each one more dangerous than the last, and each one a win for the crowd-dubbed Death Arms. The paydays certainly weren't bad either; it was a nice change of pace for him to be able to afford more than apartment rent and ramen noodles every month. Over time, though, the opponents just kept on putting up less of a challenge. Within his golden years as Death Arms, he became notorious for either instantly K.O.ing his opposition (or sometimes killing them, but hey, it happens), or leaving them so battered from the first assault they simply surrender. For the crowds, it was incredible to watch him decimate enemies, but for him, it was starting to become dull... Inevitably, the people who actually had to pay fighters were starting to get sick of this champion individual. Slowly but surely, the shady higher-ups of this operation began cutting into the paychecks he was supposed to be getting. Grant might not be the brightest, but he caught on quick enough; and he wasn't pleased. He put those assholes in their place (though he didn't kill any of them....At least, he's pretty sure he didn't) and took the money he was due, and with that, he cut ties with the underground ring. Nowadays, while he ain't proud about it, much less happy, he's more or less a common smash-and-grab robber making ends meet. But perhaps a lucky break will come through for him soon...
| MISCELLANEOUS |
While Grant still actively visits The Mutants, he also still checks up on his mom from time to time. Also, after his street gang years, he finally got her to stop playing the villain and has used the money he makes to look out for her, though it's out of respect for her and her attempts to keep the family going, not obligation or pity on her current state. He thinks quite highly of his mother in spite of her tendencies. Also, in his younger years, Grant actually got into motorcycles, and still drives one that he stole a couple years back. He's surprisingly skilled at it, too. When fighting Grant, there are two primary methods to look at; you either find someone who can outlast him and throw 'em in the tiger's den, or you have someone who can immediately immobilize/incapacitate him. Anything less is risky, since his power is incredibly lethal and he is not without the intent to kill with it. In theory, if you have ranged abilities/weaponry, those are also good for keeping distance. But if you can't actually defeat him with said ranged options, it'll likely prove to only stall him.

[ RANKING ]
A
[ POWERS ]
Grant's Powers, beyond some general superphysiology (clearly evident by a glance at the guy, honestly), his real Meta ability, he has dubbed Wind-Up. Wind-Up will be explained in-depth, but to put it in the layman's terms Grant would be familiar with, it allows him to make a barrage of punches within the span of a few seconds, each packing insane speed and force behind them. However, overuse will quickly make his arms unusable and liable to full-on shattering. For a more thorough explanation, Wind-Up allows Grant's arms to store up kinetic energy from motions he makes, most specifically the action he dubbed the ability off of, that being him winding his shoulders up before a fight. That, in tandem with his ability's power to freely rotate his shoulders, allows him to unleash a high-velocity, high-impact barrage of strikes. Repeated use slowly causes torn ligaments and muscle fibers, and inevitably ends with his arms broken and worthless for a good while before they can heal up.
[ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ■■■■■□□□□□ In spite of his appearance, raw physical strength isn't his forte. His power is far more about attacking and destroying than it is lifting, grappling, etc. I mean, he can still probably do some pretty impressive stuff, maybe lift a car or something if he puts his back into it, but overall, this is actually a carry-over from his father's physical power, and has little to do with his ability of Wind-Up. 5/10. [ AGILITY ] ■■■□□□□□□□ Grant is physically fit, but due to his size, is far from supremely agile. Can still outmaneuver a normal person, but folks with slimmer builds, or God forbid some kind of Speed ability, shouldn't have much trouble avoiding him. However, if you get within range of his attacks, dodging those is almost out of the question unless you're a hardcore speedster. Still, that's a niche, and less to do with his overall mobility. 3/10. [ INTELLIGENCE ] ■■□□□□□□□□ He didn't even graduate high school, what'dya expect? While he's not a complete dunce, and is actually pretty smart when it comes to combat, beyond that, he's....Sorely lacking. 2/10. [ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] ■■■■■■■■□□ For a guy who just punches things, his destructive potential is tremendous. Next to nothing can withstand his barrage of attacks, and while widespread damage is hard for a guy who only punches things, if left to his own devices, he could easily levels buildings within seconds. 8/10. [ LETHALITY ] ■■■■■■■■■□ While there are more lethal abilities out there, you'd be hard-pressed to find them. A normal human could be turned into a red mist in a blink of an eye with his attacks, and even the most durable folks out there will certainly feel his blows as they hammer into them. Not to mention his attacks can come so fast that few can even react to them, and that they hit with such force and speed that they also impart a tremendous amount of heat in them too...Point is, if you're made of anything less than some super-alloy, or you don't got the moves to dodge some insanely fast blows....Steer clear. 9/10. [ ENDURANCE ] ■■■■■■□□□□ Grant is tough enough to manage some low-caliber firearms and most martial weapons without much issue, but he ain't quite as invincible as most super bulky Metahumans. However, he has an incredible pain tolerance from years of literally having his arms torn apart at their seams, as well as a burning drive for battle. If he fights, it'd honestly be more likely he dies before he falls unconscious. 6/10 [ EFFICACY ] ■■□□□□□□□□ Technically speaking, his ability is incredibly efficient, able to defeat or kill most enemies in a single round of attacks. The issue is anything that goes longer than that....The more he has to use his ability in a fight, the more likely it is to inevitably backfire on him and leave him largely defenseless. This is only compounded by the fact that those are the kinds of fights he actively looks for... 2/10.
[ SKILLS ]
Motor-biking: While it was more of a pastime than anything, he is stunningly proficient in driving motorcycles. However, he finds them difficult to use in tandem with his power, so he typically just uses them to get around or have a joyride now and then. Proficient Combatant: He may have never had proper training per se, but life is the best teacher. Between his time in the gang and the ring, he's grown spectacularly as a fighter, having adapted a boxer-esque fighting style, prodding an enemy's defenses while keeping his own guard up, waiting for the chance of a finisher.
[ EQUIPMENT ]
Restraint Gauntlets: While a bit roughly put-together, his gauntlets were designed by folks in the underground ring to help him manage his own power. The gauntlets help absorb a bit of the shock from his own attacks, allowing him to keep going a bit longer. However, they weren't designed with insulation in mind, so while they maintain his arms fairly well, they actually make him cook a bit faster than he should. And given that he cut ties with the ring, he should find some replacements sooner than later... His striking purple eyes and sleek blue hair garner attention regardless where he goes. Simply put, he's a pretty boy through and through. Combine it with a sparkling smile, and even without his luck he could probably glamour his way through most situations. Granted, in spite of how handsome he can be, the kinds of facial expressions he can make can also be quite vile, his smirk in particular... For clothing, while he can be seen in more casual wear, the most common of those being a black top, brown slacks, and a pair of white sneakers, he also has more...Gaudy attire, which he's also considering as a hero outfit of sorts. This consists of a crisp white dress shirt complete with a stunning black tie, complimented by a fur-lined beige coat, a sleek high-end designer belt to go with his light grey linen pants, and last but not least, a clearly top-of-the-line pair of black shoes that seem to shine with polish. However, the one thing he always wears a small charm that functions like an earring, quite rustic and humble in comparison to most of his apparel. A bead of wooden strings ending in a cleanly-carved six-sided dice. When things come so easily to one such as him, it gets to their head; and he shows it. He does things most would consider reckless or foolhardy, not because he's some sort of thrill-seeker, but because he merely wants to prove he could do it if he so wished. This also leads to him typically belittling others, though usually not out of spite or anything negative. Which leads well into his next trait... POPULARITY: There's one thing Leon wants more than anything; to make it big. SOCIABLE:Leon can certainly be an ass, but at the very least, he's a charming ass. He's a natural social butterfly, and while it isn't something he would ever admit, he likes to interact with others a lot and get to know new people. His only problem with being so sociable is that even with his luck, he has a tendency to drive a wedge between himself and others with his attitude.
[ BIO ]
Leon's early life wasn't much to write home about. I mean, his dad was a failed supervillain with the power of bad luck, but that's just more of an embarrassing talk piece than anything. By the time he was born, his dad was reformed and...Trying to get his life together. Key word being try. His mom was a terrible woman through and through, though with his dad's luck, that shouldn't be any surprise. However, from the moment he was born, things took an unexpectedly bright turn for his family. Like a miracle, his mother seemed to soften right after her darling baby boy was brought into the world, and even his pops was finding some unusually good luck for his track record. The family lived in Passenger Island, as a way to get away from his dad's history (which could barely be called a criminal record; more like a bunch of flubbed bank robberies), so his young life was pretty normal. Beyond the fact that good things always seemed to come to Leon, as if attracted to him. He'd walk the sidewalk and find a lucky dollar bill on the ground. People flocked around him and became friends like it was natural. He'd buy a soda at the vending machine, and it'd pop out a few extra for good measure. It was inexplicable, but luck seemed to be his closest friend. For a younger, more kindred Leon, these were just nice little occurrences; not much to really think about. As he grew up, though, he gained a desire to test just how lucky he could be...He'd start cheating on tests and never get caught. He'd pickpocket a passerby and they'd move on without a care in the world. He'd snatch a nice piece of jewelry from a store, and miraculously the security feed gets corrupted... The more he grew, the more arrogance came with his power. By the time he graduated high school (which in his defense, was still mostly through his own merits), he was actively abusing his luck to get what he wanted. Every week he'd have a new lovely girlfriend on the college campus. Somehow, he'd find the answer sheet to a surprise pop quiz from his economic studies professor. Hell, he'd play a match of Poker and strip the football team for all their worth in bets! That one...Garnered his interest a lot. If his luck was good enough to guarantee victory in games of chance, well...He knew what he wanted to do. He ended up dropping out of college, and with a pep in his step, he began to make waves in Atlantica. Within months, casinos across the artificial island were suddenly struggling to make back the profits they were losing...All to one man. It didn't take long for nearly every casino on the island to give this kid the boot, but not before he'd made a grand fortune already. With his extraordinary funds, he bought up one of the poshest pents he could get his hands on, and began to live the life of an extraordinarily rich bachelor... The funds from the casinos didn't last too much longer with his wild spending habits and extravagant parties. As such, he needed something new to make money with. And hey, why not heroics? In times like these, H.E.R.O. could certainly use a bit of good luck... This is a side effect of his Power, to put it nicely. Otherwise, it should be noted that even without his suit (which adds about an extra 2 ft. on him), he stands at an impressive 6'2 ft. Beyond his rather lacking physical appearance is, of course, the hulking suit designed by the geniuses behind The Depths. Clad in hazmat materials hybridized with heavy plating of titanium, this suit was made to subdue Sebastian's Power to the best of their ability...Yet, sadly, even this impressive make isn't foolproof. Trace elements of his Power still leak through, and if he exerts enough effort, he can still conduct his Power even through the suit. Ultimately, it's just the best handicap they can give the villain dubbed as Fallout... He practically lives out of spite, knowing the next time he breaks out will be a shot at feeling the rush of life, if only for a short while. He might get a kick out of a tussle on rare occasion, but beyond that, combat to him only means two things; being free, or making a point.

ANTIPATHIC:Fallout has a strong hate, deep in his core, and it'll never go away. The world screwed him over from minute one, so he could care less about returning the favor. Is it petty of him? Yeah, certainly. But his other options are to die or stay locked up for eternity. He'll take pointless violence and freedom over those two any day. But, if his real freedom finally did come, he probably wouldn't honestly know what to do with it. So the point is, he doesn't take lives or destroy because he finds it particularly fun (though on occasion he does), but because for him, there's not much better he could do.
[ BIO ]
Sebastian Monroe's been living out a tragedy his whole life, and it started when he was born. Son of Scott and Diana Monroe, Bastion entered the world on January 10th, the day when the Treaty of Versailles took effect, bringing an end to The War to end all Wars...Or as it's better known now, World War I. It should've been a joyous day for his family, but it was not so. The miracle of childbirth was not as glamorous as it ought to have been. Uniquely even among his fellow Powered individuals, Sebastian manifested his abilities on the day of his birth. As such, his ability; that being Nucleokinesis, the generation and manipulation of nuclear energy, began to act. Moments within him entering the world, the heat within the room swelled tremendously, followed near immediately by an explosion of energy from the mewling babe. Within a blink of an eye, the hospital in D.C. was wiped from the map, a smoking radioactive crater, with naught left but the skeletal remains of an infant. Except....They weren't quite remains. Because they kept crying. The government got to work quick. After all, news of an entire hospital being leveled on a random afternoon like any other spread like wildfire, though it was covered up quickly. With the help of some heat-resistant Superheroes, they were able to identify the cause of the incident as the baby boy who still sat crying in the craterized remains. There was no flesh left to be seen, only bone, and an offsetting green glow about them. From that point on, the child became the equivalent of government property. It wasn't like anyone else could take care of the strange and volatile youngster, and truth be told, the government took plenty of interest in the exact nature of the boy's Power. It was unlike anything the world had ever seen; an unholy amount of destructive force that, if harnessed, could turn into something incredible. However, with the technology available to them in the early 1900s, merely containing the youth was more than they bargained for, much less studying his abilities. Time passed. His living conditions had been....Acceptable. They were all he had known his whole life, so being a young man of about 25, he didn't have much to argue about. Most of his time was spent in frigid water, a shallow attempt to keep his temperature and energy from rising to dangerous degrees, or on occasion they'd take him out to Nevada as a 'testing grounds'. Needless to say, when World War II rolled in, and the Allies got desperate for a game changer, they looked to Sebastian... At first, they simply tried to intensely study his Power and how to replicate its functions, but testing proved slow and unfruitful for some time. Then a new method came to mind; instead of simply recreating the sort of energy he produces, why not simply take the energy from him? Seemed great on paper, and the young Bastion was all for it...Until the first test of this nature was conducted. As it turned out, due to whatever he did to himself on his day of birth, he didn't just control this nuclear energy; he was the nuclear energy. Siphoning off him brought discomfort, and eventually even pain, to the point where he lashed out. For the time being, the tests for stripping him of his energy were postponed. Hitting only dead ends, a desperate decision was made. On August 6th, 1945, the ultimate test of Sebastian's Metahuman abilities were put to the test. Unwittingly placed inside a bomb, he was flown across the seas to the land of the rising sun; Japan. There...He became one of the worst human-made catastrophes to ever occur. Dropped to ground level, upon contact, having been left alone for months charging energy to near-bursting, he unleashed a hellish blast following his collision into the ground. While it caused him incredible pain and left him unconscious and in agony, what it did to everything around him was far worse. The implosion alone leveled over five miles of Hiroshima, killing 80,000 of its inhabitants in an instant. In the following aftermath, thousands more perished from the radiation left in his wake. Once he regained consciousness, all new feelings that Sebastian was unacquainted with came to him in waves; fear, confusion, and most importantly...Rage. His countrymen, and the people he has lived under his whole life, used him as a means to an end. For days, the glowing skeleton that became an omen of death to the Japanese citizenry wandered the wasteland of his own creation, sickened by what had been done. Eventually, before Japanese heroes could end up finding him, American forces came to pick him up, and he obliged...For the time. Having seen what they thought of him as, something to be studied and used to their means, Sebastian had plans of his own now. He played nice for the first few weeks back, regaining his strength and awaiting news of the warfront. However, the very day the surrender of Japan was given, August 15th, he made his move. Having never been anticipating an act of aggression from him, he broke his shallow containment with ease, slaughtering government agents and researchers alike without regret. If they could inflict something like this on a whole country without a second thought, then why should he spare them one? Following this, the first incident involving the individual who now went by 'Fallout' occurred. As Sebastian broke containment and made his way into the closest city, it didn't go unnoticed. While the government was scrambling their best task force to recontain the walking bomb, Superheroes also got involved. He wasn't a fighter, and had never even thrown a punch before this, but as it turned out, Heroes were made of less stiff stuff than he had imagined. With his nuclear-infused strength, even the mightiest of the caped crusaders who confronted Sebastian could even match him in raw strength, much less contend with it. Not to mention even getting close to the man spelt nigh-instant death.....A fact many Heroes that day learned all too well. It's likely this would have continued to escalate, with perhaps even Fallout managing to escape and travel across America in a reign of rampage, if not for a heroine by the name of Blizzard, whose powerful Cryokinetic abilities were enough to chill his core temperature down, to the point he went comatose; if only for long enough to be contained. From that day on, Sebastian Monroe went from the government's lab rat to their greatest threat, holding a hatred that burned hotter than even he did. However, they had now gained the knowledge they needed to replicate his ability of nuclear power, and thus, he was not needed. Killing him, however, seemed quite out of the question. As such, he instead received a special place in a truly wicked Supermax prison in a place called Coldwater. There, his cell was designed, and its design has barely deviated over the years. With him as their newest guest of honor, Coldwater was able to implement the world's first ever nuclear generator....With him as the charger. With the generator bound to him, the constant drain of power was enough to keep him at bay, and if he ever made any moves, the cell was prepared with coolant sprays that, given his weakened condition, were potent enough to drop him into a brief comatose state. Beyond a daily meal, this was his life; stuck as a battery, with nothing to do, and no one to talk to. His mental stability gradually degraded from day after day of this insufferable treatment. Luckily for him, things took a turn eventually. Around 1993, something changed. Maybe it was just that after years of successful containment things got a bit lax, but whatever the case, an opportunity presented itself; for reasons he didn't know, and truthfully, didn't care about, the coolant system was dysfunctional for a day. Their mistake. When the guard came to give him his daily meal, what he got was a face-full of nuclear energy, turning him into an ashen statue of himself almost instantaneously. After that, well, let's just say Coldwater wasn't prepared for a pissed off nuclear warhead to barrel through all the prison walls and out into glorious sunlight. ....This was new. He knew he'd been transported to a high-security prison, but Fallout wasn't prepared for how different the world could look after 40 years shut off from it. However, he didn't get to take that moment in for long; the Supes were coming. And he was rather stunned to find out that, after years of being stuck in maximum containment....They hadn't improved all too much. Just like all the way back in '45, heroes were dropping like flies, unprepared for a foe of this magnitude, only compounded by the fact that his breakout also lead to the freedom of several other high-profile villains. But, as it turns out, they were a touch more prepared than last time... In case of the return of the mysterious (at least to the Hero associations) supervillain Fallout, they began a program that ensured that if the time came, an individual with extraordinarily potent Cryokinetic capacity would be on the scene. While Fallout managed to wreak horrific havoc, he was yet again stopped by the newest Cryokinetic hero on the block. After that, he was returned to Coldwater, and unbeknownst to him, plans to design a far more imposing Super-Prison were in the works. From that moment on, efforts to contain Fallout were as strict as possible. Not a day went by without a chamber inspection, ensuring proper working of the coolants and no abnormalities of the generator. This lasted until 2035, nearly 50 years after his initial breakout. Yet again, they were in for a wake-up-call... Realizing that his lucky fluke from so long ago was not going to occur again, Fallout hatched a new plan. When the time was right, after having spent years acting as orderly as possible in order to conserve energy by not having the coolant used on him, he struck; with a surge of energy, he overheated the nuclear generator, causing a security breach the likes of which Coldwater had never seen....Nor would ever see again. However, in the resulting explosion of the generator, Sebastian was left unconscious for days at end while order was slowly, painfully wrangled back from the hands of hundreds of freed inmates. By the time he awoke again, he was in a cell. But...It was different somehow, even if he wasn't sure how. Unbeknownst to him, he was placed into the newly made Supermax prison for villains and their ilk; The Depths. Where he's been kept to this day. So far, at least...
| MISCELLANEOUS |
Of course, with no way of Sebastian to know his parents, and nothing left of the hospital, that name is as good as dead, which is why he was given the name Adam by the government caretakers.

[ RANKING ]
S
[ POWERS ]
Fallout possesses the incredible and dangerous power of Nucleokinesis; the manipulation and generation of nuclear energy, one of the most powerful sources of energy known to man. She never really had friends her age.) [ AGE ] 19 [ GENDER ] Female [ AFFILIATION ] Full-time Hero (originally worked under the British branch of H.E.R.O. before a very recent transfer) [ APPEARANCE ] Priscilla has a dainty build, weighing only about 140 lbs. on a 5'4 body. However, most of her weight comes from one of the most noteworthy parts of her appearance; her shockingly well-kept beautifully blonde hair, which reaches down to her ankles and nearly encapsulates her small frame with the excess amount of it. This is, of course, part of her ability, but it also helps to sell her princess-like appearance, which is only compounded on by her light frame, pale white skin, glimmering sapphire-blue eyes, and round, cherubic face. Clothing-wise....She is loathe to admit it, but fashion was not something she was raised in mind with, beyond what her mother got her to put on. Typically though, she wears quite modest and well-covering clothing, abash at the idea of showing off skin (yes, her family's pretty old-fashioned). It's rare anything above her knees is ever exposed, and she tends toward long-sleeved clothes, which gives her a preference towards winter clothing. If it's quite hot outside, however, she may relent a touch and wear....Shorts. *Shudders* Her Hero costume is a different story, to an extent. Selling the Princess aesthetic, she is clad in a stark white gown, complete with a large, puffy skirt and a rigid corset underneath. Impractical for battle? Certainly. But it does make her look like quite the Disney princess, and she's learned how to work with it. The interesting point is, in the interest of preserving her modesty, this costume is actually made from her own hair, giving it incredible tensile strength and flexibility. Oh, and of course, to wrap the ensemble up, she also wears white heels that bump her height a good few inches (and yes, she can fight perfectly fine in heels; perhaps her greatest accomplishment), and a silver tiara encrusted with honest-to-God diamonds. It's excessive, but damn if it doesn't look good on her. [ PERSONALITY ] Priscilla lived a very sheltered life up until her recent years as a proper Heroine, and it shows. Having been stuck in her own personal bubble for much of her life, she can easily come off as entitled and selfish at times, and finds herself struggling to sympathize and find common ground with others. Due to her strict training, she is very opinionated about hero work, and believes only those who are truly willing to dedicate themselves to be worthy of the job. She also tends to feel rather rude, sometimes intentionally, and sometimes because of her difficulty understanding others (and social cues). However, for all her negative attitude, she is an incredibly driven youth amongst the Hero community. She can always be expected to put forth her full effort, and her full effort tends to bring in incredible results. Not to mention that, surprisingly, while she rarely respects most people, she's been raised with the upmost respect for her elders, regardless of their position, which can certainly be a breath of fresh air in this rebellious-teen-filled demographic. Last but not least, she may have trouble showing it, but she isn't a Hero merely because she was raised to do it; she feels a true obligation towards doing good for the world, and has a heart of gold, even if it is buried by years of neglectful and harsh upraising. [ BIO ] As much as she'd rather not think about it, Priscilla was always meant as a means to an end. Her mother, Natasha, is a woman who seeks recognition and power more than anything else, but her ability, while powerful in its own right, was not the sort of thing that could make one a famous hero, or even a dangerous villain, nor was it the sort of ability she wanted to be known by the public. So instead, she put a plan into action. Originally born in Russia, she moved to London, and through clever behind-the-scenes manipulations and some wiles of her own, soon became entwined with England's star Hero; Knight, or rather, Harrison Knight, a Hero with a simple ability, but one with an insane capacity. He had the ability to imbue anything he wore, carried, or wielded, with an immeasurable increase to their durability and strength, mostly notably used in his signature suit of armor, kite shield, and longsword. He could withstand nearly anything with no injury, and his blade could slice through just about any obstacle. Thus, when the couple finally had a child, her plan was put into action; crafting an individual whom would bring the amount of prestige and power Natasha wanted right to her...And that child was Priscilla. But even more tragically, she was not the first. In truth, she has many, many siblings, but mother dearest saw to it that the ones she had deemed unworthy were either separated from the family, or....Worse. Not that Priscilla knows anything about this. Truth be told, even Priscilla wasn't to Natasha's exact liking, as she had hoped for a child who directly inherited Harrison's ability, but she could tell they'd found something special when her powers first emerged. While she came out quite bald as a baby, within a few months, she abruptly grew a whole heads' worth of hair and then some. In fact, she ended up trapping herself in a hair cocoon of her own making, with her parents surprised to find themselves unable to pry, cut, or tear it open....Until her father dug his way through with his own blade. Needless to say, between the stunningly early triggering of her Meta-ability, and the power which it had even at this young age, intrigued her mother. Once she was old enough to walk and talk, she was old enough to train; at least, according to her mother. Priscilla, instead of going to a proper school, was fully-homeschooled by private teachers, and in-between those lessons, was also being taught by premier Power-based tutors who had handled children with a whole slew of different gifts. While this training in the long run turned Priscilla into one of the most powerful and efficient heroes of her age group, it has caused severe issues for her. From a lack of social connections to absent family figures (beyond public events, and even then it was forced) and constantly growing expectations, she suffered a multitude of breakdowns as a child, for which she was beaten, scolded, and reprimanded until she acted as prim and proper as mother dearest wished. Her formative years warped beyond repair, Priscilla came out as an outwardly capable, polite, and mature woman, but her inner self couldn't be any further from it. Still, when it inevitably came time for her to join H.E.R.O., she followed suit. Just as mother told her to. Joining up with their British branch at the remarkably young age of 15, having been deemed more than experienced enough in spite of her age, she quickly became a force to be reckoned with amongst England's finest Heroes, including her very own father. In fact, to this day, she'd probably still be working from England if not for a...Recent event. With the news of Castleburg's N-Train Incident already reaching ears around the globe, so too it reached Natasha Knight. Where others saw tragedy, she saw opportunity. Without even consulting her daughter on the matter, she sent Priscilla's astonishingly excellent file off to none other than Director Steel, with an offer of seeing the prodigal daughter become a new asset to their side of H.E.R.O., since it was so evident they needed more professional individuals. As we speak, young lady Priscilla Morgan Knight is making her way to the Americas, to have an exclusive interview with the Director herself. [ MISCELLANEOUS ] Priscilla can be....A lot of things. But trust me, if there's one thing she has absolutely down pat (beyond hero work), it's hair. If you're looking for someone to help cut, style, or otherwise work your hair into a fresh new masterpiece, Lady Morgan here is definitely the one to go to. Assuming you can bear with her for the amount of time she'll need to work her magic.
[ RANKING ] A [ POWERS ] Priscilla's power, while deceptively simple, is decisively powerful. Simply put, she is able to generate and mentally manipulate her hair, down to the smallest follicle. Under normal circumstances, this power could be potentially strong, but typically situational, but possibly due to her father's power, her hair is unnaturally durable and strong. [ PHYSICAL STRENGTH ] ■■■■■■■□□□ While not able to directly match up to those with excessive amounts of physical strength, due to the sheer amount of hair she can generate, and the various shapes and forms it can take, she can typically outmatch those with physical strength regardless. Still, even in raw might, her ability is not to be underestimated. 7/10. [ AGILITY ] ■■■■■■■■□□ Thanks to the speed at which Priscilla can generate and launch out her hair, as well as how she can mentally control all of her hair, this affords her incredible mobility options. Imagine Spider-Man if he could launch a couple dozen different threads of webbing at a time, and have complete control over them. That's just one of the many ways Priscilla can dominate a contest of Agility. 8/10. [ INTELLIGENCE ] ■■■■□□□□□□ Priscilla is no idiot. Private tutoring did a lot wrong for her, but it did ensure she was very well-educated, able to perform at and exceed college-level individuals. Still, she's no rocket scientist, so while she's smart, don't expect too much from her, and leave the heavy thinking to the heavy thinkers. 4/10. [ DESTRUCTIVENESS ] ■■■■■■■■□□ When even a single thread of her hair is tough and strong enough to saw and pierce through concrete...Yeah, environmental damage is more than possible with her ability. However, she's able to keep this in check more often than not, and rarely seeks to cause damages unless she believes it can honestly help her fight. 8/10. [ LETHALITY ] ■■■■■■■■■□ Remember that bit about a single thread of her hair being strong enough to pierce concrete? Well, most people ain't made of concrete, and aren't fast or perceptive enough to notice and avoid a thin string of hair firing towards their skull. Now, sure, she's capable of something like this, but she's never really done it. On record. 9/10. [ ENDURANCE ] ■■■■■■■■■□ While Priscilla herself isn't the most durable or stamina-filled, it doesn't matter when her hair can do all the heavy-lifting. Literally. Her hair is so tough that most weapons literally break in contact against it, and almost all forms of armaments have proven ineffective against them, beyond extremely high-yield explosives (which even then, serve more to stagger her than actually damage her), or laser-based technology that is still at its infancy....Well, truth be told, her ultimate defense has one weakness; water. If her hair gets too wet, she can't control it and it loses a lot of its durability as well. But beyond that vulnerability that has been very carefully hidden from the world, if she's got the time to react, she may as well be invincible beyond some very grave threats. 9/10. [ EFFICACY ] ■■■□□□□□□□ There's one flaw her power has, and it is efficacy; but typically it will rarely come up. When it comes to manipulating her hair, it comes at virtually no expense to Priscilla, and generating more is usually no concern. But the closer she gets to her limit (which is about 400 ft. worth of hair...Which is, yes, a lot), the more exhausting it gets to mentally control all of it, and the more hair she has out at any given time, the harder it is for damaged hair to reform. The thinner you stretch Priscilla (as difficult as that is), slowly, the more vulnerable she'll become. 3/10. [ SKILLS ]

Knight Style - One of Priscilla's preferred styles of combat, she creates a large, cutlass-like blade and kite shield out of her hair, mimicking her father's combat style. She's had lots of training in swordsmanship, too, making her all the more effective with this technique.
Grappler Style - Typically used to handle many weaker targets, or to help restrain a larger or more threatening one, Priscilla will form a number of arms out of her hair, which will be used to grab and restrain targets, or occasionally bludgeon them around if necessary. Typically this involves many smaller arms, but she's also been known to use one giant arm as well, which also serves as a powerful defensive measure.
Cocoon Style - The ultimate defensive technique, Priscilla forms a full-body hair cocoon around herself (and others, if need be), providing a nigh-impenetrable defense, though not much else.
Brawler Style - Truth be told, this Style is quite inefficient in comparison to some of her other options, but it does bring her some serious satisfaction. Simply put, she forms her hair around her own arms, creating gauntlet-like designs meant to pummel enemies into submission. It also has use as one of the quickest to make Styles, in case she could be caught unaware.
Spider Style - Spider Style is her go-to method of travel, essentially forming four or more tendrils of hair into legs of sorts, allowing her to traverse nearly any surfaces, and also being ready to shoot out said 'legs' to tether and drag her to a new surface in a thought. She can technically do the same sorts of things with Grappler Style, but this one is more intended for that purpose.
[ EQUIPMENT ] Beyond her Hero suit (or more accurately, dress), which is made of her own hair, making it surprisingly tough and flexible, Priscilla has no equipment, and also, in her humble opinion, has no need of equipment.
