That alone didn't really seem to be any cause for concern - but the other things mentioned did. The... weirdly specific yet also pretty vague thing about taking away love aside, the whole "neck pain" thing didn't exactly sound too welcoming. But... unfortunately, it was all too normal for Gotham City.
