This is Lucilius' natural ability bestowed upon him since a child, the seems of this ability is simple, it binds the user to a total up to 3 people together, making them share their senses. Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste, Touch, Thoughts and overall performances. Lucilius acts as the filter between them all, the connecting factor that allows smooth communication and transparent intentions between the sources. Like a motherboard functioning all the pieces. Overall, those who are tethered with Lucilius will gain a “Morale Boost” meaning their natural endurance will continuously remain stagnant and plausible the healthier the host is. Such an ability is however classed low due to the nature of its support. Lucilius is unable to host more than 5 people and the radius cannot exceed a certain parameter, meaning that his presence needs to be close to the tethered and likely in the seams of combat.  

Pros:

	1. The tethered will have increased endurance and stamina as long as Lucilius/Pillar remains “healthy” meaning that he cannot exert himself or wither in his own exhaustion.
	2. The tethered will have slightly better healing. Due to the first cause, the natural ability to regenerate cells will increase rapidly, healing small wounds in the midst of battle. I.E shallow cuts and bruises.
	3. Anyone tethered will be able to communicate with each other if they are willing and if Lucilius permits it.
	4. The closer the bond to the host, the more these functions improve. For example, if you are close friends with Lucilius, perhaps your healing factor increases from shallow cuts to deep wounds. 
	5. Is able to calm anxious behavior, meaning that anxiety issues are silenced when the tethered are connected with him, this is not to be confused with fearlessness, it is simply an anodyne to calm the connected while experiencing high stress. 

Cons:

	1. The tethered cannot space themselves too far from Pillar, his maximum radius has been that of a small field (100 ft) 
	2. Any sensory disturbances will disconnect the tether, meaning that he has to be constantly concentrated to allow it to function. Being startled or having the wind knocked out of him will disconnect it.
	3. The tethering process cannot be done at will, there’s a physical component needed to activate it. Pillar and the target need to press the tip of their five fingers together in order for them to benefit from this ability.
	4. Being tethered does not mean that Pillar or the tethered are able to access each other's memories or thoughts at will. The brain has a complicated function that disallows this to happen, as such tethering works much like your ordinary telecommunicator, except that the functions are lagless and smooth.

For this reason it's efficiency is based solely on the user's physical and mental attributes connecting to the tether. Meaning that through aging, the effectiveness will wither or if permanent injuries are suffered. On top of that the connection through tethering is done through physical contact and limited to a small portion of people.     [/sub][/indent]

The center is pigmented lime while it spreads to the edges and it rests upon a cool yet brilliant blue. His stature sits upon a comfortable 6’2 and he weighs roughly 175 pounds, making him distinctively tall and his build is closer to that of a sports athlete. Unlike most individuals, through some sort of unnatural mutation, be it through his own powers or somewhat-other, the natural tint of his hair had faded from a once jet-black to a soft white, the tips still frosted with some remnants of his previous tone.  	[sub]There’s certainty in that whomever meets Pillar feels a sense of invigoration, the gait of his step and confidence of his smile brims a proper image of a man attempting to cope with what was handed to him. Strength, poise and properness are qualities he admires, but perhaps fails to follow to the letter. Regardless, he is someone who copes constantly with introspection and indulges in thought quite frequently, adhering to his own devices at most. This could lead to misunderstanding due to his nature to not communicate as often or perhaps because he is simply paying attention to his own imagination rather than the conversation at hand. Despite this, Pillar or more so Lucilius prefers his solitude, indulging himself in the solemn existence of his few peers for momentary spurs before he feels that his battery needs to be recharged. Among all of these introverted specs of his personality, there’s one thing he admired most of all and that is he is the one who lives through the ideals of a man of gentle disposition yet similarly strong in body. 

To follow this creed is to believe that man, woman and all in between live through all kinds of turmoil and joys. As such, we as individuals should be open to each other’s struggles and poignantly attempt our best to follow suit in our pursuit of understanding. Some will not be able to accommodate their beliefs and way of life to the standards of others. For this is the perfect example of life. However, for wherever the spectrum falls, a true hero follows the ideals of helping those in need. 

[color=D7BE69]Realistic - Optimist:[/color] In truth there’s nothing like the sort in this world, to be optimistic all the time means that one views the world with a “glass-half-full” type of view, while being realistic means one needs to sensibly discard and adjust to the limitations and truths one has in the process. Life has taught Lucilius that not everything can be earned, some things are gifted with strength that others are unable to exhibit for themselves. As such one must do whatever possible within their power to do what’s best. But that doesn’t mean he is above being realistically harsh sometimes when the time calls for it.

[color=D7BE69]Introvert:[/color] Lucilius leans heavily on this spectrum, after years of attempting to be grandiose he tired of all the excitement and wonder and fell into recess of serenity and time alone. He loves introspection and wondering his thoughts, begging to understand himself a bit better than yesterday. This is not to say he is shy, quite the contrary, it only means that he loves to spend time in his lonesome or in space where he can peacefully enjoy himself and see the stars. 

[color=D7BE69]Health/Fitness-Junkie:[/color] He’s obsessed with what comes and goes on his body, he trains primarily as means to keep his job. However, growing into this type of environment has made him rather obsessed with the intricacies of the human body, at least the one he knows about because due to mutation not all bodies are the same. 

[color=D7BE69]Serene Presence:[/color] Some people say that being around Lucilius feels calming and nurturing by nature. Although his personality could be construed to be this way, it’s more likely to be a bleeding effect of his Tether ability. Some people like his company for the mere reason that they feel “at home.” with him.

	[sub]Perhaps expecting greatness was too much for him growing up, his parents were like any other you’d find in most households. And his life was about as standard as the morning dew at the call of sunrise. For Lucilius life seemed to follow naturally and with minimal cracks to its history, however there was something always clouding his thoughts and that was the need to do more in life. Like most, he dreamed big, he sought for bigger things and placed himself in bigger shoes, perhaps more that he could fill. With such, expectations for his future were high and bright. He started to excel in his formative years, such as becoming champion of his middle-school basketball team, following the graduation with honors from his high-school, becoming valedictorian and all this while juggling a couple part-time jobs and sustaining his interests in fitness. With all this you might say that socially speaking, he was a butterfly, or a unicorn. But like butterflies his moments of beauty and flair were minimal, and like unicorns almost non-existent, and this is the alibi of current society, due to such that his investment were placed upon a wrong statistic.

In reality what is important is not specifically the achievements you garner through the work that you have filed, but through the powers you were born with. You see, Lucilius' status of grandeur came primarily from a place of goodness and love. He wanted to aid those he could and progressively make things better for everyone around him. However, his powers were quite the opposite, being a situational at best, most of the offers that were extended to him were not to his particular liking. He grew with an inflated ego, and a sense for greatness that was too high for his own ability. And that would translate to becoming a H.E.R.O of at least A rank calibur. As you can very well see, such expectations are inflated, self-centered and self-serving.

His attempts were repeated time and time again, until he finally settled and his dreams began to forfeit themselves. As he witnessed the years pass him by, he clung for a time to his past, living there vicariously and adapting his present to become more like the boy from the past. Suddenly, he began to wonder why people avoided him, and he understood later that his obsession was becoming more of an addiction, soon he witnessed how stagnant everything was, and how he allowed himself to become something he wasn’t proud of.  He took another year to seek help, wonder and travel for a bit finding all kinds of faces and interest along the way. With such knowledge he led himself to understand the source of his powers and how to manage them efficiently.

A hero doesn’t need to be able to output the best source of his power, he might not be able to lift a truck over his head, or summon flames from the tip of his fingers. But he could help and aid those around him, and with such an ideal, he proceeded to become a D rank Hero, regardless of what the circumstances presented themselves. He would not live stagnantly again.
