Eric rolls his eyes at Negan's unsatisfactory performance. Booze? Really? That alcohol isn't concentrated. That silly goose Negan. "No no no no nooo, my drunk friend! You need to use PROPER alcohol!" The Pokemon takes out a small bowl from his bag as well as a couple of berries, then begins to crush them with a stick taken from the same pouch. Soon enough, he's made a good enough puree to be drank straight from the bowl. He then hovers it over to Negan. "Here. Combine that hard liquor with this fruity goodness and take a good long chug of that. In my presence, you'll drink nothing but the best alcohol. Understand? I'm not taking no for an answer." 

The cat winks at the man and gets right back up to bandaging up civilians and treating their burns, humming to himself as if nothing had happened and stowing away the other items in his bag.

He might be actually insane.
