Josh walked back with her, taking it slightly slow for her benefit as he knew they weren't far away from the millhouse. Even going slower it still only took under five minutes to get back. At the door, he opened it for her, letting her in first, "here ya go, get inside and ill set your shoulder in the main room" he told her. Trish's seeming shock at being asked what she wanted to do didn't go amiss on Chas and he couldn't help but wonder how long it had been since she last got asked such a thing. "I can take you out to the shops, go to the cinema, do some other thing. Maybe I can see if Geraldine wants to join?" he listed a few ideas, deciding that Trish deserved to have a day where she was just a child after the bad dreams she had been having. Kay listened to him reminding her of all the hope she had around, realising he was right. She had been so swamped in the doom and gloom of everything, she never really took notice of the positives around her. She looked up at him and lofted her head just enough to place a small quick kiss on his lips, "thank you for reminding me of that" she told him as she pulled away.
