Serena's reply and reasoning for her to stay behind didn't entirely sit well with Kay, but she couldn't deny that it was probably true which she put down as the reason for why it didn't sit well with her. She knew when it came to John, she could easily lose her cool if his life was put under threat and that scared her but she knew now wasn't the time for being scared about the 'what if's'. She looked down when Trish walked over and sat on the floor by her feet and the bed, unable to stop the small smile from appearing on her lips briefly.

"you may not like it John but we don't have any other choice in the matter. You need bed rest to stop this fever that's threatening to get worse for you, and Chas, Josh and Serena with the added help of Bane are more than capable of sorting this little problem out.
