Fleuri's weakness is that because he's used to fighting against undead and tournament opponents, he tends to leave himself open and forget and disregard the risk of getting shot by long-distance weapons like bows or crossbows.  In the very first battle of the RP he got hit by a glancing blow by a crossbow.
