my character is gonna be

Age: 17
Background: Esther Morrison
Skillset: Esther was chosen for the program when she was still in early grade school after a standard aptitude and assessment test. She was put into the accelerated engineer training program, a rigorous regiment of coursework focused specifically on engineering and the bare minimum of everything else. Denied even a social life, she was basically estranged from her family by the time the mission launched, offering a cold, confused wave at strange people crying on the other side of the glass before she was led into a shuttle and flown to the orbital platform for her assigned ship. Led inside, fitted for her suit, and taken to her designated stasis tube, the last thing she remembers is watching the stars swim across her vision as the sedative kicked in.
