1: Lower power levels. Our street level heroes won't have anything big and flashy. Think Daredevil, Luke Cage, Moon Knight, Jessica Jones, ect.

2: Please gain permission before maiming, killing, or otherwise seriously altering another player's character.

3: I don't like too many of one power/character type. So one magic user, maybe two elementalists, one alien, one shapeshifter, ect. 

4: Characters should generally be 21+, but I can be convinced to allow a youngun. 

5: Generally, all character powers, species, and lore should be based on ideas that exist within the Marvel universe. I.E., no werewolves, dragonborns, DnD races, or lore from another fandom. We're going for a classic Marvel vibe here!
