It's three days until New Year's Eve. The ball will drop in Time Square while hundreds gather to watch and celebrate. Meanwhile, criminal scum lurk in the shadows and dark alleyways. The Kingpin remains at large, his fingers in every flavor of organized crime pie. The Hand still seeks power through mystic artifacts and resurrection. The Tracksuit Mafia is dealing in black market trades, money laundering, and auto chop shops. These are just a few of the groups our heroes will have experienced in their years of cleaning up the streets


But something strange is afoot. The police force is less responsive than usual. Local politicians are passing strange bills that only seem to make catching and prosecuting these fiends more difficult. There's rumors that someone has paid them all off. Could this be another case of political corruption? Or something far more sinister...
