This one [i]is [/i]a toughie, but I'm learning to navigate through new software at my job and, in the next couple of months, will be learning how to operate a couple of industrial machines in the departments for which I manage.

I've learned how to better negotiate employment contracts, which has resulted in a pay raise and a promotion for myself, recently.

I've also learned how to edit and animate video shorts for YouTube vids.

Keeping a level head in times of stress.  It has been mentioned by coworkers, friends and family alike.  I'm not sure if I just flock toward people who are easily shaken or if my level of mental fortitude is truly as outstanding as they are leading me to believe, but it is the compliment I get most often.[/hider]
