Tony walked off not listening fully "Yeah Yeah whatever." he didn't think it was a trick. He was sure Loki wouldn't fake sickness. He goes back to Loki and see's he is asleep. He just takes him back to Stark Towers without waking him.
He lays Loki in a bed.
