To a degree, yes. But I am curious as to how. No other being in existence, not even a tier five can properly manipulate or use it. It is primarily exclusive to those of the Amaranthine.  Perhaps... maybe you can change its shape, but not truly manipulate the energy itself? Or maybe its another cause? ....you are such a curious case.
