[indent][color=lightgray]Jacob's day started huffing and sweaty. Not one to make promises lightly, he was giving his all. He was training his body to better prepare himself for the possible physical altercations Police Officers may get themselves into. With one, final exhale he finished his daily exercise. After taking a moment to catch his breath he headed towards his bathoom to clean and freshen up for the day.

The day started off with heavy rains, which would definitely make his journey to the Sheriff's office more arduous.

Arriving at the office Jacob gave a smile and nod to those who met his eyes before he made it to his locker. He still wasn't entirely used to the uniform yet but he'd manage.

Despite being the newest cadet, he was given alot of responsibility than one would expect. Perhaps it was due to the low manpower of the force. He was also called into the office earlier, making him eschew breakfast. Jacob mulled these thoughts as he waited behind a billboard in a police car. These types of duties were usually boring, which is something he much prefers. He rather it be boring than busy. Especially in his line of duty.

Jacob's hopes would be dashed as a speeding car whizzed by the silent roads. With a sigh, he flicked the police sirens on and pursued.
