OK, so sometimes I see these memes, but not standard memes, no! These memes move! Like its an image that moves for about 2-3 seconds and then repeats endlessly. I've seen some people call then GIFS before, not sure if that's called that here though! But, I wanna know how I put those on these chats like others can! I'll pay you in hugs if you do! Thanks
