With no other choice, he has embraced it and rocks a fully grey beard and shaves his head bald every morning. Standing tall at 6'4 and weighing a solid 240, he is a big man in every sense of the word. While his rock hard abs have gone the way of his hair, he maintains a more or less flat belly by avoiding too much alcohol and partaking in lots of outdoor exercise. Occupation: Patrick is a self made man, worth well into the hundreds of millions of dollars; a fortune made sniffing out development opportunities and capitalizing on them. He owns Compass Development Limited, which is the parent company of a dozen or so major development firms throughout the Americas. His name is rarely directly associated to projects and he does not flaunt his wealth. Short Bio: Patrick was born in Montana and grew up on a massive dude ranch near the Canadian border. His father was the property foreman and always thought his heavyset son would follow in the family business and become a Rancher. It was not to be. Patrickt graduated high school and landed a scholarship to the Stanford University, likely by luck and hard work. He kept his head down, studied hard, and worked a side hustle as a self taught portrait photographer to pay his way through university. He left as the top student in his class and began working for Goldman Sachs after a friend from university set him up with an entry level job. He was careful with his money and instead of buying his own home he bought an apartment and rented it out. He continued to buy up small apartments and manage them himself, something he found others were terrible at. He was twenty five when he hit upon the idea of starting his own Property Management firm. His work ethic, open and honest dialogue with both clients and tenants, and skill at sniffing out trouble quickly generated business. It wasn't long before he had to hire staff and with them came the ability to manage more properties. His wealth grew until he bought up a series of rundown buildings in the lower east side, knocked them down, put in shiny new apartments and so began his rise. Since then he has developed properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In more recent years he has begun experimenting with "Green Development" and focusing more on revitalizing older areas rather than running up new buildings. The affect of the construction industry on climate change cannot be ignored and he wants to do what he can to help. Patrick has been turned onto the possibilities in Sanctuary by an acquaintance who was passing through the area. Misc: Patrick speaks English, Spanish, and Arabic. He is unmarried and recently sold his luxurious penthouse condominium in Los Angeles.
