The armour is both durable, having most attacks bounce off it, and strong, allowing Hiro to lift five tons. Hiro can also fire concussive blasts out of the fingertips of the suit, knocking things back with the force of several tons of dynamite. Hiro can also use this innate energy in the armour to fly.

The neuro-kinetic part of the suit comes in that the suit can transform to mirror Hiro’s thoughts. This could be something like creating a shield, spikes, or changing colour. Hiro can also manipulate the energy in the suit to do various things, such as shooting energy blasts, creating an energy barrier, forming different chemical shots, or emitting various types of particles. Hiro can also mentally hack into nearby computer systems using the suit’s wireless connection.
Skills:
Hiro has a genius level intellect and is one of the smartest mortals on Earth. He is easily able to create new inventions and modifications for any situation. He has several degrees earned during his time with SHIELD, specializing in physics, robotics, genetics, biochemistry, weapons technologies, programming, and repair.
Appearance:
Hiro has the average body of a teenager, standing at 5’8’’ with a slim build. His skin is slightly, while his eyes and hair are dark brown in colour. His skin is blemish free, with no scars, tattoos or other marks. He tends to wear plain clothes, avoiding vibrant colours. Quite often he’ll just wear a white sweater and black jeans. The default appearance of his armour is a bulky metal design that is silver and crimson in colour. There are several glowing yellow circles all around the armour, while the helmet has eyes, a nose, and a mouth.
Known Associates:

Robin - The sidekick of the Batman, they helped save Hiro from Toyman. (I’m leaving it open to who the current Robin is in case someone wants to play them or use them in their back story.)
Suberboy - They sidekick of Superman, they also helped save Hiro from Toyman. (Also leaving this open in case anyone else wants to use them.
Bentley-23 - A clone of the villain the Wizard. Was recruited into the SHIELD think tank around the same time as Hiro. While Hiro does find him annoying, he is probably Hiro’s closest friend at SHIELD.

Known Adversaries:

Kang the Conqueror - A time travelling tyrant. Hiro learnt that he is destined to grow up to be him. Hiro will do everything in his power to prevent that from happening. Depending where or in what time line you encounter Kang, he may go by Rama-Tut, Immortus, Scarlet Centurion, or any other multitude of name.
Winslow Schott - The original Toyman. A villain from Metropolis, he kidnapped a young Hiro. While he was captured and Hiro freed, Hiro still has a lot of animosity toward him.

Canon Basis:
Combination of DC’s Hiro Okamura and Marvel’s Iron Lad.
Bio:
Born in Tokyo to a family of scientists, Hiro showed that he had an incredible intellect from a young age. Upon graduating from high school at the age of eleven, Hiro was scouted by SHIELD, being offered a spot in their advanced science think tank. It was here that Hiro decided that he wanted to be a superhero, as he watched the members of the Justice League work with SHIELD. While Hiro was usually regulated to a background role, working on gear or research projects, he would get a chance to shine eventually.

When Hiro was fifteen a race of aliens called Appellaxians attacked Earth, each of their warriors seeing if they could conquer a major city. The Justice League was quickly spread thin fighting these giant monsters around the planet. Realizing that this was a chance to prove himself, Hiro activated one of his creations, a giant Composite Superman-Batman robot. Controlling the composite robot, Hiro was able to defend his hometown of Tokyo from an Appellaxian. Following this triumph, Hiro would become notable throughout SHIELD for his constructs. Some would even dub him the Toyman.

Unfortunately this moniker was already in use. The insane Winslow Schott, the original Toyman, took offence to the use of his title, so he kidnapped Hiro. The young genius was trapped in a toy factory for a week before he was rescued by Robin and Superboy. This event proved to be traumatic for Hiro who promptly took some time off from SHIELD. During this time Hiro would try and do some soul searching.

But that search would lead him to meeting Kang, a time travelling warlord. Kang took Hiro to the future where he revealed that Hiro would grow up to become Kang. Initially not believing him, Hiro was convinced when Kang showed him key moments in the time line. Kang would then start training Hiro, grooming him for his future purpose. Hiro would spend a year travelling the time stream with Kang, the whole time looking for a way to escape. He would get that chance when Kang left to battle his arch nemesis, the Fantastic Four.

Hiro would break into Kang’s armoury, and steal a set of advanced neuro-kinetic armour. Hiro would then attempt to use the time portal on Kang’s time ship to head back to his own time. But he screwed up and sent himself a few years too late. Hiro would arrive in a world where he had been forgotten, believed dead for three years. But Hiro would immediately try and approach the Justice League to warn them of Kang, hoping to join them in an effort to avoid the future he witnessed. Iron Man would tell him that he was still too young, but did recommend instead the Young Justice Avenger Initiative. Hiro would eagerly join, deciding on the name Iron Lad.
