Typically wears a pair of slim black sun glasses, a grey jacket with a black and white poke ball logo on the back, his trainer bag is also likewise black with a yellow stripe down the front down to the lower right corner. He wears a white t-shirt with his mom's logo plastered on it. His look is finished with a pair of black sweatpants, and white shoes.

Personality:

 While many would call Regis a number of things including blunt, tactless, and forceful he means well at the end of the day. Regis is mature beyond his years, and has learned through trial, and error what it means to raise, and care for pokemon. Most kids his age learned for themselves what it means but his parents drilled into him a sense of professionalism. He is an adult now, and he acts like it. He doesn't tend to lash out, he doesn't get angered easily, and his cool and calm sense of self makes it hard to make him flinch.

 He is for all intents and purposes very much grown up in his sensibilities, and actions. However this came at the cost of him not being able to make friends easily with humans often finding himself lost in having to relate to others on an emotional level like he can with pokemon. His tendency to appear stoic tends to frustrate him as he would genuinely like to help others on a more personal level but he finds that he is unable to. So he tends to shrug, and offer his advice wanted or not. This being said he is not one to stutter, or hesitate his father's training leaving him ready to go, and always ready to show his true self off. He doesn't show mercy, and he doesn't falter its all out or nothing.

History:

Born and partly raised in Driftveil City he was use to the rustle, and bustle of life as it was. Driftveil was a bustling but all together smaller city in Unova. His life typically revolved around pokemon his mother being a professional contest trainer, and his dad being an elite ace trainer. He was given many opportunities to learn from his mother, and father who both wanted him to grow up to be the best trainer he could be. Driftveil is where he spent his younger years growing up and learning exploring the places his mom would go to refree, and the odd occasion where dad took him to visit friends in neighboring cities.

 As days grew by he found himself naturally gifted with the world around him able to direct pokemon, and give them his absolute best so they could grow up to their full potential. Of course this came with the caveat that his dad was the one doing most of the heavy lifting but being able to experience pokemon in many shapes, and forms allowd him to get an early grasp on how pokemon were personally. His talent was shown off in school as he excelled at battling practically in mock trainer battles. Though he won more than he lost he did lose frequently leading him to wonder if he would ever be as good as his parents. 

Around the age of 12 Regis moved to Kalos and settled down with his mom who had gone to Kalos in order to help expand their horizons in regards to pokemon contests. His father often traveling meant that it didn't truly matter where they'd live he'd come and visit often. Regis in his new environment discovered his weakness of not being very good with humans. He isn't able to pull the best out of people like he is the pokemon his dad had helped him raise by his side. In this quiet city of Vanville Town he was met by nice locals, and even managed to meet up with some kids roughly his age and formed a sort of companionship with but he wasn't entirely sure he actually was friends with them.

 He always felt closer, and more comfortable around pokemon. The day his journey came was one that he looked forward to but despite hitting past the point of normal kid's first outing as trainers he stayed behind to learn more. Regardless the day has come where he will seek to learn more about himself and others. Maybe he'll get a hang of what humans are actually like. His pokemon was given to him as a gift from his dad on the day he was ready to leave. Teddiursa, his first partner, and someone he looked straight in the eyes and called him partner.

Personality: Proud, feisty, and but level headed and ready to prove itself. 
History: Born and grown up with Regis Teddiursa was presented as a gift to Regis on the occasion that he becomes a trainer. He had known Regis before hand having the young lad help him raise it briefly as a baby but now they're partners.
Other: This Teddiursa has very dark brown fur compared to the usual one with a scruffy older appearance, and a notable scar on his right cheek from a former battle.
