Got a few ideas so far, but the one I am leaning heavily toward is an offspring of [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hood_(comics)]Parker Robbins, aka The Hood[/url], that ends up inheriting the gear.  Instead of a villain, he'd be a good guy type, which means I've got to come up with an offensive weapon that is less lethal than twin pistols, lol.  

Should have something together sometime this weekend or sooner.
