Name: Travis d'Arcy (pronounced Darcy) Nickname: Schrodinger
Title given to the perpetrator of a rash of mysterious thefts throughout the United Kingdom and France, with one sighting in the United States, whose true identity remains unknown. Believed to be an Adept or to have access to Septimal technology, given the nature of strange boxes on the crime scene.
Age: 23 Eyes: Indigo Hair: Brown Description:

Country of Origin: United Kingdom Condition: Adept Biography:
Born to a firmly middle class family that only sank lower as time went on, Travis learned early that everyone wants someone else to blame. His dad kept getting fired because everyone he worked for was an asshole. His mom couldn't find a good job because the economy was bad. Their neighborhood was going to shit because there were too many immigrants moving in. And he kept getting in trouble at school because the other parent wasn't doing their job right. When they finally had enough of blaming each other, they split up, and then he blamed them for his screwed up childhood. The way Travis learned to see the world, other people made life miserable. And if you kept pointing the finger, the blame always found its way back to certain kinds of people. The ones born into the money, or the ones who stepped on everyone else to get to the top, or the ones responsible for the corruption that trickled down from their decadent pools of influence. It was their fault. And the only reason Travis wasn't one of them, was because he hadn't been lucky enough. Well, until he figured out all the neat tricks he could do. After that? Lady Luck loved him long and hard, all night long. Money went missing in bank vaults, and showed up in his pocket. He got the hottest tech, straight off the warehouse shelves, without spending a dime. The hottest nightclubs turned him away at the door, but he walked right into the VIP lounges. And the high rollers who thought they had dirt on him, found out just how easily he could turn the tables. He still had the high ground on all of them, though. He never let things get messy if he didn't have to. And the times he did have to...well, those people were just unlucky. Must be gear or septima-fueled.] (50 Points)
Rebound [Redirect mid-air as if wall jumping, or hang in the air at a fight's boundary. Basically it's air-flipping at fixed points.] (75 Points) [Relative to target.]
Teleport [Change locations at will in less time than it would take to get there otherwise. Minimum one half second. Technology or Septima based.] (200 Points)

Combat

Weapon Training- Firearm [Small] (15 Points)

Gear:

Battle Shoe [A soft shoe which makes little noise, but causes tripping in a double dash.] (10 Points)
Simple Weapon (20 Points) - 9mm Semiautomatic Pistol (stolen, of course)

Septima

Name: Odds'N'Evens
Element: Space - Standard Element (100 points)
Color: Cyan
Powers

Lock Box - Element Generation: Field (100 Points) - Travis creates a glowing cube of designated space that becomes quantumly fixed, acting as a barrier or otherwise solid surface. It remains fixed in place, and impenetrable, with a constant EP drain. However, the greater a force of impact against it, the more EP is expended to maintain it. The size of the cube also determines the efficiency of EP spent on it. Current Maximum is up to 8x8 feet, but a smaller cube could also be made denser/harder by the same amount of EP. The cube can be created anywhere within 30 feet of Travis, and doesn't "lock" until it has reached its designated size. In other words, it will envelop objects rather than push them out of the way or damage them. Once it "locks," if an object isn't fully enveloped it will be violently ejected from the cube (think Bethesda clipping glitch).
Shoot Die - Element Generation: Field (100 Points), Self-Adjust (75 Points) - Travis creates a cube of designated space that allows any singular target to enter. The target will then immediately be ejected from one of the cube's faces with conserved momentum. Travis can use this on his own body to perform Air-Hops and Rebounds, or on incoming projectiles to deflect them, etc. Any object that comes into contact with the cube after its target has entered will be rejected as if by a solid surface. The cube disappears immediately after the target is ejected. The cube can be created anywhere within 30 feet of Travis, but is not permeable until it has reached its designated size, at which point it will receive the first target to enter it. Therefore, as it expands it will push objects away violently. Current maximum is 8x8 feet.
Trick Room - Element Generation: Field x2 (200 Points) - Travis creates two cubes of designated space, at least one of which MUST be centered on a particular target. The cubes will be of the same size, currently up to 8x8 feet. The contents of the cubes may then be swapped via teleportation at will. Travis can use this on himself or others to Teleport, and the targets being teleported will conserve their direction/momentum after their positions are swapped. The boxes are completely permeable, making it possible to "miss" a target. While they can be created within 30 feet of Travis, they MUST be within 15 feet of each other. If other objects are in the same cube as the intended target, they will also be teleported. An object that is not fully within the cube at the time of teleportation is violently ejected from it in the direction of the cube's face. The number of objects teleported, the weight and mass of those objects, and the distance over which they are being teleported all increase the amount of EP expended. Unlike the Lock Box and Shoot Die, these cubes "pop" into being near instantaneously.

Build: Tin Battery
Health is half that of Average, EP/Resource increased 50%.
SP: 2/2 (Sold 1, +100 EP) Special Skills:

High Roller (1 SP) - Offensive Skill [Damage in Geometric Area] (100 Points) - Travis creates an overlapping Lock Box and Shoot Die of maximum size, centered on a target. Objects that aren't fully enveloped by the cube's size are sucked into it. Then all objects, including the center target, are rapidly flung around in all directions by the Shoot Die to slam violently against the walls of the Lock Box. A higher number of objects inside the cubes in addition to the target will further increase the damage they take within the ricocheting trap.
"Let us make a bet / A single roll of the die / The outcome: I win!
