OK so the OP is clearly a work in progress, I am going to try and put up the CS/Example this weekend.

For now try and get me general character pitches so I can give you a thumbs up/down/notes/whatever on it. I hate wasting time on a CS when the GM hates my idea so I'd rather spare you all the effort.
