Actually. Han and Niko are two weeks in the future. Their time skips are going to pass you by a week. To the day before the big bad is supposed to arrive on earth. 

So you have a weeks worth of in-game time to go through for your current mission, before everyone is brought together. 

[color=f9ad81][b]EDIT[/b][/color] : I take that back. They are still 3 weeks behind you two. Therefore, their 3 week time skip will simply catch you up. I'll push back the arrival date of the big bad a few days then, however long you two need to complete your mission.
