So the way that my system works, I have to have an exact location to input coordinates. 

So for the "Midwest" I dropped a ping near [b]Sioux Falls, South Dakota[/b], and for "The Rocky Mountains" I dropped a ping near [b]American Boarder Peak, Washington[/b].

Patrat, Tauros, Ledyba, Hoppip, Misdreavus, Wurmple, Bidoof, Buneary, Tirtouga, Bouffalant, Bunnelby, Rattatta, Miltank, Nincada

[b]American Boarder Peak, Washington[/b] (in the area)
Farfetch'd, Natu, Marill, Pineco, Zigzagoon, Pachirisu, Buizel, Rockruff, Oddish, Paras, Shuckle, Tropius, Shinx, Shellos, Drifloon

As a rule of thumb, these Pokemon should be pretty good for the surrounding 500 miles. If you travel further than 500 miles, you might want to ask for a new list.
