I've had so much fun since I joined in, over two years ago now! It's hard to narrow it down but here are some that came to mind for me:

[list][*]The relationship between Linkle and Din, reading their friendship grow and then their falling out with Din being reclaimed by Galeem, and then reconciliation after that was really cool. I really enjoy seeing character moments like that. Also, that slap! 
[*]The very end of the battle with the Ender Dragon, when everyone was so relieved and the Smash City was revealed. That was soooo cool and it really opened the world up more, made everything feel more connected. It felt like (and was) a huge turning point in the story!
[*]Pretty much everything that's gone on with Limsa/Edge of the Blue. That's probably my favorite arc so far. From writing character interactions together in town, to the confrontation with Cia like DC mentioned, and going on to sea, into the Maw, and where we are now. Special mention particularly to Sakura's meeting with Karin, I loved that scene and how desperate it felt to free someone you know. Also special mention to the battle on the harbor with Shippy against the Abyssals, that was the most tense I felt while writing. So many emotions going on. Over all that miiiight be my favorite part, but there are so many good ones. 
[*]Been having fun writing the Cadet and Nadia get closer. It's tough because while it's been months for us, it's been hours for the characters haha, but it's just another nice character interaction I enjoy.
[*]The little things like Geralt's slang getting passed around the group just makes me grin whenever I read it. Small stuff like that really brings the characters to life.
[*]Oh! And entering Al Mamoon was great, with everyone excited to explore and see the city. Getting Prim a nice mask to match her new friend, once more I am just pointing out character dynamics I like lol [s]Prim awakening to a Persona when[/s][/list]
